Is VAT included in prices for UK customers?
✅ Yes. All prices shown on our website include UK VAT at the standard rate.
Do you provide VAT invoices?
🧾 Yes. We can provide a VAT invoice on request by email or enquiry form.
Our current processing time is shown in the banner at the top of our website and updated daily. Most orders ship within 3 business days. 🗓
If you have a specific deadline coming up in which you need your order by, please leave us an order note or email us before placing your order to ensure we can. facilitate this.
If it seems like your parcel has been stuck in one location for more than 5 days please contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the courier and arrange a resolution.
Most couriers will only keep packages for a maximum of 7-14 days before returning to sender if theres an issue with your address, EORI number, tax information or something else.
Contact us straight away by email at hello@stickiply.com if you believe we've missed something from your order with photographs of exactly what you have received and your order number so we can resolve this for you promptly.
✅ Yes, we ship to most countries via tracked services. We actually ship to over 43 countries every single month!
If you are outside the UK 🇬🇧, your order may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, or courier fees.
EU customers 🇪🇺
- 💡 Orders under €150: VAT is collected through IOSS Scheme at checkout and remitted to EU countries and no extra charges are usually due.
- 💡 Orders over €150: VAT & duties are collected at checkout, we ship with DDP partners (Delivered Duty Paid).
If you're a VAT registered business in the EU 🇪🇺 please place your order through our Faire Integration where you won't be charged any VAT upfront. You will then be liable to pay and reclaim charges yourself. You will need both a valid EU VAT number and to apply or activate an EORI number to import from the UK. 🇺🇸 United States (USA)
Starting August 29, 2025, the U.S. government has ended the $800 de minimis exemption, meaning all imports into the U.S. are now subject to duties and taxes, regardless of order value.
To simplify this for customers, Stickiply now ships all U.S. orders via Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), with USPS or FedEx handling final delivery. This means you pay all import charges at checkout, so there are no surprise fees, brokerage charges, or customs delays at the border.
We now include the following in your total at checkout:
- 10% U.S. tariff for UK-manufactured products (e.g. stickers, bookmarks, prints)
- 4–7% ad valorem duty, depending on the product’s HS Code
- Up to 30% tariff on Chinese-origin goods (e.g. vinyl, laminates, magnets)
- 25% Section 301 tariff on Plastic Goods (Chinese Origin only)
- All customs clearance and handling fees
Not included in your total at checkout:
- Applicable U.S. sales tax, if required by your state.
If your order includes a mix of UK and Chinese-origin items, U.S. Customs may apply the highest tariff (e.g. 30%) to the entire order. While we cannot influence how U.S. Customs handles mixed-origin parcels, we always declare items clearly to support fair classification.

💡 Yes. GST, VAT, and any other applicable duties or taxes are charged by customs or the courier when your order enters your country.
Are these fees included at checkout?
❌ No. Taxes, tariffs, and duties are not included in the price at checkout. These are calculated and collected by your local customs authority or courier.
