SECTION 1
SHOP, SUPPLIES & DOWNLOADS by Stickiply
1.1 Products which have been designed by and/or resold by Stickiply. We have an average 14-day return policy in place, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request and return the item/s for a full refund or exchange.
Products in this category include but are not limited to:
- Any Products which have not been customised by the buyer.
- SHOP Section (Minus Digital Products, See 1.2)
- SUPPLIES Section
1.2 Digital products are not eligible for refunds or returns once the purchase is completed. Due to the nature of digital goods, such as ebooks, downloads, or software, all sales are considered final. Once accessed or downloaded, these products cannot be returned, ensuring the integrity of the digital content and preventing misuse. Therefore, we encourage customers to review their orders carefully before completing their purchase.
RETURNING YOUR ITEM
1.3 To be Eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in good condition and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number, customer account information and invoice.
Customers pay return postage, customs and import duties where they apply to return goods which are not damaged or unsuitable.
1.4 Damage or Product issues - Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately via email, get in touch page or live chat when available if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
1.5 To Start a Return - Contact us via our get in touch page to start your return & refund. We will assess your individually situation and give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us with any questions at hello@stickiply.com
1.6 Exchanges - If for any reason the items stated above were incorrectly received please get in touch so we can arrange an exchange. In this case we will cover all return and new postage costs. If you simply wish to exchange an item, you will need to cover return and re-postage.
SECTION 2
CREATE by Stickiply
2.1 Products that are Custom Made (Personalised) for you by Stickiply are generally not eligible for return or refund once they have begun production. These products often feature your own artwork or something personal to you and therefore cannot be resold by us in any capacity.
Custom-made items, such as stickers, bookmarks, and any other bespoke products, are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or are defective. Stickiply reserves the right to request photographic proof of defects before approving refunds or replacements. Any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Products include but are not limited to:
- CREATE Section
- Die-Cut Vinyl Stickers
- Kiss-Cut Sticker Sheets
- Die-Cut Magnets
- Magnetic Bookmarks
- Photographic Prints
- Printed Bookmarks
- Coasters, Mugs and all other Custom Merchandise.
- Any custom printed service agreed upon.
2.2 Custom-made items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Refunds are not offered for custom products based on design changes or order modifications after production has begun.
2.3 Stickiply reserves the right to request photographic evidence before processing any refund or replacement. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., colour variance, minor imperfections).
SECTION 3
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
3.1 Customs Duties and Non-Delivery – If your item is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties or refusal to pay import fees, we do not offer refunds or returns. You will be responsible for the shipping costs and any additional fees incurred through customs duties and/or VAT where it applies. We encourage customers to review our Shipping Policy and their own country's customs policies before completing their purchase to ensure you understand all/any fees involved in ordering from the UK abroad.
SECTION 4
MADE A MISTAKE?
4.1 If you feel like you have made a mistake on an order for a custom created option such as custom stickers, business cards or any other service where you provide us with artwork to custom print. LET US KNOW ASAP by contacting us at hello@Stickiply.com , using Live Chat when available or our Get In Touch page so that we might try to change the file before it goes into production. Once in production we cannot guarantee changes will be allowed without extra charge for materials.
