SECTION 1: DELIVERY (SHOP, SUPPLIES & CREATE By Stickiply)

Approximate Business Days:

• 🇬🇧 United Kingdom - 2 to 3 Days.

• 🇺🇸 United States - 6 to 7 Days.

• 🇨🇦 Canada - 7 - 14 Days.

• 🇪🇺 EU - 4 to 21 Days.

• 🇦🇺 International - 7 to 21 Days.

 

NOTICE: All delivery times provided are estimates based on recent shipping trends. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to potential delays caused by customs, couriers, or other external factors beyond our control. Delivery Days may extend around seasonal festivities.

SECTION 2: INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES)

NOTICE: Since the United Kingdom has left the European Union, customers outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by their respective countries.

These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that customers check their local customs policies to understand the specific duties and taxes that may apply.

These charges may be in the form of but are not limited to VAT, Import Duties and Custom Charges. 

This means that depending on the country you are ordering from, You may need to pay extra charges in the form of VAT or Import Duties to your local Post Office before receiving your order. Your Courier Service or Customs office will generally notify you by telephone, email, courier app, card through your door etc about paying these charges. If you do not hear anything from your local courier please contact them or us to enquire.

Non-payment of these charges will result in the package being returned to us at which point you will become responsible for the postage cost to resend your order back out to you.

 

🇺🇸 USA ORDERS

• The minimum threshold for VAT & Import tax is $800 USD. Goods valued below that are not subject to duty. Customers in the United States generally will not need to pay any extra Duties or Taxes on their purchase with us unless their purchase exceeds $800 in value. Sales tax may apply to certain states which is paid to your local post office or delivery service upon or before collection.

 

🇨🇦 CANADA ORDERS

• The minimum threshold for VAT & Import tax is $20 CAD. Virtually all items above CA$20 can be subject to duty and taxes however only 50% of our Canadian customers have paid any charges. Canada is very lenient with smaller packages like stickers and bookmarks. Depending upon the province of destination within Canada you may have to pay these extra charges.

 

🇪🇺 EUROPEAN UNION ORDERS

• All items are subject to VAT & Import Taxes throughout the European Union since the UK left the European Union in July 2021. Charges are a Percentage(%) of the value of the goods & type of goods plus any Import Duties which are paid to customs for processing your import. Each country within the EU charges different percentages of VAT and Customs Duties so please check your respective government website for the charges affecting you specifically. From our research European customers may pay anywhere between 36-43% of their total order plus shipping in duty & vat charges.
  

 

🇦🇺 WORLDWIDE ORDERS

• Thresholds for VAT, taxes and import duties vary internationally and should be researched before placing an order with a company based in the UK. We are not registered for VAT and therefore you do not pay any VAT on your purchases on our website. The UK may have special relationships on Taxes with countries such as Australia but not others.

SECTION 1.3: INTERNATIONAL STANDARD 📦 

We offer International Standard shipping option for customers around the globe, which is untracked and available at a lower cost. By selecting this method at checkout, the customer agrees to accept full responsibility for any potential loss or the need for re-shipment with tracking. This option is provided as a gesture of trust and goodwill to help counterbalance the cost of international shipping, and we expect the same level of respect and honesty from our customers in return.

In the event that a package sent via International Standard shipping does not arrive, please contact us at hello@stickiply.com to discuss your order. We reserve the right to wait up to 21 days for the package to be returned to us in the case of customs issues. Based on your purchasing history with us, we may choose to remake or resend the order at no additional cost.

Please note: If more than one order fails to reach its destination, you will no longer be eligible for this untracked shipping option in future orders.

Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for any delays, misdelivery, or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
