SECTION 1: DELIVERY (SHOP, SUPPLIES & CREATE By Stickiply)

  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom - 2 to 4 Days.
  • 🇺🇸 United States - 7 to 10 Days.
  • 🇨🇦 Canada - 7 - 14 Days.
  • 🇪🇺 EU - 4 to 14 Days.
  • 🇦🇺 International - 7 to 21 Days.

NOTICE: All delivery times provided are estimates based on recent shipping trends. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to potential delays caused by customs, couriers, or other external factors beyond our control. Delivery Days may extend around seasonal festivities.


SECTION 2: INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES)

Since the United Kingdom's departure from the European Union, customers outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by their respective countries.

Our integration with the EU Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) ensures that for eligible orders under €150, VAT is collected at checkout. For orders over €150, VAT and customs duties will be handled by your local postal or customs service.

For countries outside the EU or without IOSS coverage, customers remain responsible for all import-related fees, including VAT, import duties, and handling charges. Please check your local customs policies for specific guidance. Failure to pay these charges may result in the package being returned to us. Reshipping the order will incur additional postage costs, which must be covered by the customer.

 

🇺🇸 USA ORDERS

  • Free Shipping over $250 USD - The minimum threshold for VAT & Import tax is $800 USD. Goods valued below that are not subject to duty. Customers in the United States generally will not need to pay any extra Duties or Taxes on their purchase with us unless their purchase exceeds $800 in value. Sales tax may apply to certain states which is paid to your local post office or delivery service upon or before collection.
  • NOTICE: As of November 2024, we are waiting on the policy changes of President Trump who has mentioned a possible Tariff of 10-20% on countries exporting goods to the USA. This policy would effectively mean that US customers would incur a 10-20% extra charge to receive their orders from us. Join us in protesting against the UK being included in this list of countries affected.

 

🇨🇦 CANADA ORDERS

  • Free Shipping over $350 CAD - The minimum threshold for VAT & Import tax is $20 CAD. Virtually all items above CA$20 can be subject to duty and taxes however only 50% of our Canadian customers have paid any charges. Canada is very lenient with smaller packages like stickers and bookmarks. Depending upon the province of destination within Canada you may have to pay these extra charges.

 

🇪🇺 EUROPEAN UNION ORDERS

  • IOSS compliance covers orders under €150. VAT is included at checkout, eliminating surprise customs fees for these orders. 
  • For orders exceeding €150, VAT and customs duties are calculated and charged by your local customs office upon arrival. You will need to personally keep track of and contact your local customs office to pay and release your order. Example: For a €40 order, VAT/customs fees might add €16, bringing the total to €56. Check your country's specific VAT and customs rates for exact percentages.
  • Free Shipping Over €240 EUR - Refunded upon Ordering.

 

🇦🇺 WORLDWIDE ORDERS

  • Thresholds for VAT, taxes and import duties vary internationally and should be researched before placing an order with a company based in the UK. We are not registered for VAT and therefore you do not pay any VAT on your purchases on our website. The UK may have special relationships on Taxes with countries such as Australia but not others.

SECTION 1.3: INTERNATIONAL STANDARD 📦 

We offer International Standard shipping option for customers around the globe, which is untracked and available at a lower cost. By selecting this method at checkout, the customer agrees to accept full responsibility for any potential loss or the need for re-shipment with tracking. This option is provided as a gesture of trust and goodwill to help counterbalance the cost of international shipping, and we expect the same level of respect and honesty from our customers in return.

In the event that a package sent via International Standard shipping does not arrive, please contact us at hello@stickiply.com to discuss your order. We reserve the right to wait up to 21 days for the package to be returned to us in the case of customs issues. Based on your purchasing history with us, we may choose to remake or resend the order at no additional cost.

Please note: If more than one order fails to reach its destination, you will no longer be eligible for this untracked shipping option in future orders.

Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for any delays, misdelivery, or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
