HOW IT WORKS
Upload up to FOUR Images as a Png, Svg, Psd or Other Image Format (with transparent background for die-cut shapes). Select a Finish. Select a Quantity. Order!

PREPARING YOUR FILES FOR UPLOAD
Let's start by preparing your files for upload to ensure we make your stickers perfectly in the way you envisaged them!
WHITE OUTLINE
As standard we add a 2-4mm White Outline around your sticker for cutting. You can add this outline yourself in a design program (ensuring that you have taken into account the final proportions of your artwork as a sticker).
We can also apply an alternative colour to white, just send us the HEX Code of the colour you wish to border your stickers (e.g #FFBC00 - Stickiply Yellow)
BORDERLESS STICKER
To enable borderless stickers (No White Outline) we must be able to cut on the inside of your design, or your design must feature one single colour around the entirely of its shape.
You can enable this manually by:
- Leaving a bleed on the edges of your artwork and ask us to cut inside this bleed room (2-4mm of bleed).
- Telling us the HEX Code of the colour of your sticker border so we can add extra bleed manually.
QUALITY
Ensure your upload/artwork is of the highest quality, at Least 1500 pixels or higher at 300 Dpi. The higher quality the artwork the better the print and cut. Pixelated or low quality uploads/artwork may be rejected.
COLOUR PROFILE
We use a 6 Tank Inkjet CMYK Dye-Based Printer by Epson to produce accurate and vibrant colours on your stickers and other prints. It is always advisable to use a CMYK Colour Profile when designing to ensure the closest likeness of digital images to print. Some RGB Colours like Neon Style Greens or Cyan Blues may be unachievable when printed.
SIZE
We offer three regular sizes as options, the size of your stickers are calculated by the largest aspect of your design (Height or Width).
- 4 Inches / Approx 10cm
- 3 Inches / Approx 7.6cm
- 2 Inches / Approx 5cm
If you'd like an exact size, you can again, let us know in the upload notes the exact size you'd like your sticker. (E.g. if your artwork is 9cm x 5cm, you would need to select the 4inch/10cm Option to cover your largest size. You would also leave us a note to say you'd like your largest dimension of the design to be 9cm)
FINISH
We offer two finishes to our stickers, Matte Laminated and Gloss Laminated. Here are the differences between each option.
- MATTE - Matte laminate (75 micron) coating offers a smooth, non-reflective, slightly dulled colour protection to your stickers, water resistant, scratch resistant and long lasting.
- GLOSS - Gloss laminate (75 micron) coating offers ultra-smooth, reflective, colour brightening protection for your stickers, water resistant and long lasting.
Note: Matte Vinyl & Lamination suits more simplistic artwork, pastel and muted colours and looks overall more premium. Gloss Vinyl & Lamination suits more complex artwork, produces accurate blacks and dark colours and makes for a reflective and wet-look sticker.
QUANTITY
Upload up to 4 designs per package and enjoy discount (%) the more you order. We offer options of 1, 12, 24, 48, 96, 200, 500, 1000 & 2000 Stickers!
Note: Generally we do not produce more than 2000 of one type of sticker as it becomes more cost-effective for our customers to go to a larger manufacturer at this point.

APRIL 2ND, 2025 - 10% TARIFF ON UK 🇬🇧 ORIGIN GOODS
As of April 2nd 2025, the United States introduced a 10% import tariff on UK origin goods. This means that if a product is manufactured in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧, U.S. Customs may apply an import duty equal to 10% of the order value. These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and are not within our control.
Stickiply products that could be affected by 10% import tariffs (Manufactured in the UK 🇬🇧 & of UK 🇬🇧 origin) are as follows but not limited to:

MAY 2ND, 2025 - 170% TARIFF ON CHINESE 🇨🇳 ORIGIN GOODS [PAUSED MAY 12TH]
From May 2nd 2025, the U.S. significantly expanded tariffs on Chinese-origin goods, regardless of where they are shipped from — including the UK 🇬🇧. These changes include new reciprocal tariffs, Section 301 duties, and measures under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA).
Products of Chinese origin may have faced tariffs of up to:
- 125% reciprocal tariff
- 25% Section 301 duty
- 20% IEEPA-based tariff
→ Total potential: up to 170%
Additionally, the $800 USD de minimis exemption was removed for Chinese-origin goods, meaning all shipments, regardless of value, could be taxed.

MAY 12TH, 2025 - REDUCED 30% TARIFF ON CHINESE 🇨🇳 ORIGIN GOODS & DE MINIMIS REMOVAL
As of May 12th, 2025, the U.S. Government and China have agreed to a 90 Day Pause in tariff escalation. This pause has temporarily lowered tariffs from approx 170% to 30% on Chinese origin goods.
Under this agreement:
- Tariffs on Chinese 🇨🇳 origin goods entering the U.S. were temporarily reduced to 30% from 170%.
- ⚠️ This Pause is valid for 90 days and subject to renewal, reversal, or revision.
- The de minimis exemption remains suspended for Chinese-origin goods.
- The reduced rate still applies regardless of the shipping origin, so even UK 🇬🇧 shipments containing Chinese 🇨🇳 made goods are affected.
⚠️ IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTICE FOR CHINESE 🇨🇳 ORIGIN GOODS
If your order contains products of Chinese origin mentioned above (e.g. printable vinyls, lamination films, magnets and other stickiply supplies), please select the UPS Shipping option at checkout.
As of 2nd May 2025, the U.S. has imposed:
- A $100 flat fee per package on Chinese🇨🇳 origin goods shipped via International mail (e.g. International Standard/Tracked which are passed to USPS).
- This increases to $200 per package from June 1st, 2025.
➡️ UPS and other commercial couriers are not subject to the same flat postal fee, and customs clearance is much faster and more predictable. They are however still subject to the 10-30% tariffs. To avoid unnecessary fees, delays, or returns, we strongly recommend using UPS for all supply-related orders.

From 1 May 2025, new UK–EU customs rules (The Windsor Framework) mean that we need to include extra customs information when sending parcels from Great Britain to Northern Ireland.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Customs Declarations: Your parcel will be sent with detailed customs info (description, value, origin).
- Possible Charges: Occasionally, parcels may be subject to customs checks or import duties. If this happens, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Delays: These changes may also cause occasional delays while your parcel is being processed at customs.
Stickiply doesn't currently have a business presence or customs representative based in Northern Ireland, therefore this may affect how your parcel is handled. We’re working on ways to make this smoother, and we’ll keep you updated as things develop.
European Union (EU) 🇪🇺
Following the United Kingdom's departure from the EU, customers in EU member states may be subject to VAT, import duties, and handling charges.
- Orders under €150: Thanks to our integration with the EU Import One Stop Shop (IOSS), VAT is collected at checkout, minimising customs delays. However, small customs processing or brokerage fees may still apply.
- Orders over €150: VAT and customs duties will be managed by your local customs or postal service. If you’d like to pre-pay these fees, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can arrange DDP (Duty Delivered Paid)shipping.
CPTPP Countries 🇨🇦
As part of the UK’s membership in the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), for Canada, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Peru, Chile, Brunei, Malaysia, Mexico and Vietnam, many of our products, such as stickers and bookmarks, are eligible for 0% tariffs in participating countries. However:

For Countries in the Gulf Cooperation Council such as Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE

Keep magnets away from electronic devices, credit cards, and medical implants such as pacemakers. Store flat to prevent bending or damage to stickers, laminates, and bookmarks. Keep all products out of reach of children and pets.
Warnings:
Our products and not suitable for children under 3 years – small parts may present a choking hazard. Magnets can interfere with electronic equipment and medical devices. Handle with care to avoid sharp edges on laminated products. Vinyl and plastic components are flammable – keep away from open flames and extreme heat.
Vinyl Stickers and Stickers sheets are printed with aqueous inks and therefore not suitable for outdoor usage. Extended usage outdoors may lead to evaporation or fading from UV exposure. Smudging or defective adhesive from extreme hot or cold temperatures and more. Our vinyl and sublimated products are not suitable for dish-washers, hand-wash items decorated with stickers or sublimated with luke-warm water and minimal abrasion.
All of our products are for decorative or functional purposes only and are not intended for ingestion or misuse.
Disposal Instructions:
