We accept all image formats and sizes but for the perfect coasters your artwork is best uploaded as a jpeg, pdf, png or svg. We require some bleed room at the edge of your design to ensure the coaster is printed edge to edge and bare in mind the rounded edges. The Size of image/ratio should be 10cm x 10cm (approx 4 inches). For Best results keep text and important graphics 1cm away from the edges (especially corners).
SIZE
We currently only offer Rounded Square Cork Backed Coasters at 9x9cm/3.5x3.5inches.
QUANTITY
We offer options here for 1,4,8 and 16 custom coasters. You are able to upload up to 4 different designs here at no extra cost.

However, due to the nature of the sublimation process, slight variations in color and placement may occur. These variations are normal and add to the unique charm of each item. Please note that sublimation prints may fade over time, especially with frequent use and exposure to certain conditions. Follow the care instructions below to maintain the quality and longevity of your sublimated goods.

- Avoid using a dishwasher, as the high heat and harsh detergents can cause the print to fade more quickly.
- Do not use abrasive sponges or brushes on the printed areas.

- Avoid dropping or striking the items, as this can lead to chipping or cracking.

From 1 May 2025, new UK–EU customs rules (The Windsor Framework) mean that we need to include extra customs information when sending parcels from Great Britain to Northern Ireland.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Customs Declarations: Your parcel will be sent with detailed customs info (description, value, origin).
- Possible Charges: Occasionally, parcels may be subject to customs checks or import duties. If this happens, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Delays: These changes may also cause occasional delays while your parcel is being processed at customs.
Stickiply doesn't currently have a business presence or customs representative based in Northern Ireland, therefore this may affect how your parcel is handled. We’re working on ways to make this smoother, and we’ll keep you updated as things develop.
European Union (EU) 🇪🇺
Following the United Kingdom's departure from the EU, customers in EU member states may be subject to VAT, import duties, and handling charges.
- Orders under €150: Thanks to our integration with the EU Import One Stop Shop (IOSS), VAT is collected at checkout, minimising customs delays. However, small customs processing or brokerage fees may still apply.
- Orders over €150: VAT and customs duties will be managed by your local customs or postal service. If you’d like to pre-pay these fees, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can arrange DDP (Duty Delivered Paid)shipping.
USA 🇺🇸
APRIL 2ND - 10% TARIFF UPDATE
As of April 2nd, 2025, the U.S. introduced a 10% import tariff on UK-origin goods.
This means that even if a product is manufactured in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧, U.S. Customs may apply an import duty of 10% of the order value. These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and are not within our control.
MAY 2ND - RECIPROCAL TARIFFS & ORIGIN-BASED DUTIES UPDATE
From May 2nd, 2025, the U.S. has expanded tariffs targeting goods of Chinese origin, even if they are shipped from the UK 🇬🇧.
This is due to the application of new reciprocal tariffs, Section 301 duties, and emergency economic powers tariffs.
Products of Chinese origin may now be subject to:
- A 125% reciprocal tariff
- Plus a 25% Section 301 duty
- Plus a possible 20% tariff under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA)
Total potential tariffs: up to 170% or more on the product’s value.
Key Points:
- Goods made or sourced from China 🇨🇳 are now heavily scrutinised at U.S. Customs, regardless of where they ship from.
- Even if the order value is below the $800 USD "de minimis" threshold, U.S. Customs may still apply these tariffsbased on origin alone.
- Additional processing fees or delays at U.S. entry points are also possible.
Products that may be affected include, but are not limited to:
- Printable Vinyls (Glossy, Matte, Holographic, Speciality)
- Lamination Films (Cold and Thermal)
- Magnetic Sheets and Rolls

These charges are determined by the local customs authority in the destination country and are not included in the price of your order at checkout.

For countries outside the EU, USA, GCC or CPTPP regions:
- Import duties, VAT, and handling charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility. Please check your local government website before ordering.

Keep magnets away from electronic devices, credit cards, and medical implants such as pacemakers. Store flat to prevent bending or damage to stickers, laminates, and bookmarks. Keep all products out of reach of children and pets.

Our products and not suitable for children under 3 years – small parts may present a choking hazard. Magnets can interfere with electronic equipment and medical devices. Handle with care to avoid sharp edges on laminated products. Vinyl and plastic components are flammable – keep away from open flames and extreme heat.
Vinyl Stickers and Stickers sheets are printed with aqueous inks and therefore not suitable for outdoor usage. Extended usage outdoors may lead to evaporation or fading from UV exposure. Smudging or defective adhesive from extreme hot or cold temperatures and more. Our vinyl and sublimated products are not suitable for dish-washers, hand-wash items decorated with stickers or sublimated with luke-warm water and minimal abrasion.
All of our products are for decorative or functional purposes only and are not intended for ingestion or misuse.
