ARTWORK
What can You upload? Your Favourite Album Cover, Your Family Photos, Artwork, Quotes or Text, Sports Team Logos, Business Logos and much more! Want a personalised message, name or something else adding to your coaster? Just include it in your upload notes.
UPLOAD YOUR ARTWORK
We accept all image formats and sizes but for the perfect coasters your artwork is best uploaded as a jpeg, pdf, png or svg. We require some bleed room at the edge of your design to ensure the coaster is printed edge to edge and bare in mind the rounded edges. The Size of image/ratio should be 10cm x 10cm (approx 4 inches). For Best results keep text and important graphics 1cm away from the edges (especially corners).
SIZE
We currently only offer Rounded Square Cork Backed Coasters at 9x9cm/3.5x3.5inches.
QUANTITY
We offer options here for 1,4,8 and 16 custom coasters. You are able to upload up to 4 different designs here at no extra cost.
Disclaimer: Our sublimated mugs, coasters, and keychains are crafted with care to ensure vibrant and long-lasting prints. However, due to the nature of the sublimation process, slight variations in color and placement may occur. These variations are normal and add to the unique charm of each item. Please note that sublimation prints may fade over time, especially with frequent use and exposure to certain conditions. Follow the care instructions below to maintain the quality and longevity of your sublimated goods.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Cleaning:
- Hand wash only with mild soap and water.
- Avoid using a dishwasher, as the high heat and harsh detergents can cause the print to fade more quickly.
- Do not use abrasive sponges or brushes on the printed areas.

- Handle with care to avoid scratches or damage to the print.
- Avoid dropping or striking the items, as this can lead to chipping or cracking.

- Avoid exposing sublimated items to extreme heat or direct sunlight for prolonged periods, as this can accelerate fading.
- For mugs, avoid using in the microwave to preserve the print quality.

Keep magnets away from electronic devices, credit cards, and medical implants such as pacemakers. Store flat to prevent bending or damage to stickers, laminates, and bookmarks. Keep all products out of reach of children and pets.
Warnings:
Our products and not suitable for children under 3 years – small parts may present a choking hazard. Magnets can interfere with electronic equipment and medical devices. Handle with care to avoid sharp edges on laminated products. Vinyl and plastic components are flammable – keep away from open flames and extreme heat.
Vinyl Stickers and Stickers sheets are printed with aqueous inks and therefore not suitable for outdoor usage. Extended usage outdoors may lead to evaporation or fading from UV exposure. Smudging or defective adhesive from extreme hot or cold temperatures and more. Our vinyl and sublimated products are not suitable for dish-washers, hand-wash items decorated with stickers or sublimated with luke-warm water and minimal abrasion.
All of our products are for decorative or functional purposes only and are not intended for ingestion or misuse.

Dispose of all products responsibly in accordance with local waste and recycling regulations. Vinyl stickers, laminates, and plastic bookmarks are not biodegradable and should be recycled where facilities exist. Do not incinerate vinyl or plastic materials, as they may release toxic fumes. Magnets must be separated from other materials and disposed of safely.
