Custom Printed Mugs

UPLOAD YOUR ARTWORK

We accept all image formats and sizes but for the perfect Mugs your artwork is best uploaded as a jpeg, pdf, png or svg. The Size of image/ratio should be 8cm x 8cm (approx 3.25 inches). We currently print your artwork twice, once on each side of the mug in  a square format.

 

SIZE

We currently offer 11oz Ceramic Mugs printed on both sides as standard.

 

FINISH

A slight glossy texture is seen from the ceramic coating of the mug. Sublimated Mugs are always best Hand washed and are not suitable for use in the Dishwasher. See Care Instructions below for more details on how to make your mugs last their longest!

QUANTITY

We offer options here for 1, 4, 8, 16 and 32 custom printed mugs with slight discounted rates. Due to current production we cannot offer further discounts on larger quantities.

 

Disclaimer: Our sublimated mugs, coasters, and keychains are crafted with care to ensure vibrant and long-lasting prints. However, due to the nature of the sublimation process, slight variations in color and placement may occur. These variations are normal and add to the unique charm of each item. Please note that sublimation prints may fade over time, especially with frequent use and exposure to certain conditions. Follow the care instructions below to maintain the quality and longevity of your sublimated goods.

 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cleaning:

   • Hand wash only with mild soap and water.
   • Avoid using a dishwasher, as the high heat and harsh detergents can cause the print to fade more quickly.
   • Do not use abrasive sponges or brushes on the printed areas.

2. Handling:

   • Handle with care to avoid scratches or damage to the print.
   • Avoid dropping or striking the items, as this can lead to chipping or cracking.

3. Usage:

   • Avoid exposing sublimated items to extreme heat or direct sunlight for prolonged periods, as this can accelerate fading.
   • For mugs, avoid using in the microwave to preserve the print quality.

4. Storing:

   • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
   • Keep coasters and keychains away from sharp objects that could scratch the print.
