UPLOAD YOUR ARTWORK
We accept all image formats and sizes but for the perfect Mugs your artwork is best uploaded as a jpeg, pdf, png or svg. The Size of image/ratio should be 8cm x 8cm (approx 3.25 inches). We currently print your artwork twice, once on each side of the mug in a square format.
SIZE
We currently offer 11oz Ceramic Mugs printed on both sides as standard.
FINISH
A slight glossy texture is seen from the ceramic coating of the mug. Sublimated Mugs are always best Hand washed and are not suitable for use in the Dishwasher. See Care Instructions below for more details on how to make your mugs last their longest!

Our products and not suitable for children under 3 years – small parts may present a choking hazard. Magnets can interfere with electronic equipment and medical devices. Handle with care to avoid sharp edges on laminated products. Vinyl and plastic components are flammable – keep away from open flames and extreme heat.
Vinyl Stickers and Stickers sheets are printed with aqueous inks and therefore not suitable for outdoor usage. Extended usage outdoors may lead to evaporation or fading from UV exposure. Smudging or defective adhesive from extreme hot or cold temperatures and more. Our vinyl and sublimated products are not suitable for dish-washers, hand-wash items decorated with stickers or sublimated with luke-warm water and minimal abrasion.

It's safe to say we didn't get mugged off with our order, in fact I was surprised with the quality from the price we paid! We ordered 4 mugs that works out to be £4 a mug when you compare this to other companies such as vista print that charge £9+ (before any discounts) for the same thing is crazy to me! Safe to say the next thing ill be trying is either sticker or magnets to see if I can stop ordering from sticker mule 😂
