For Die-Cut Magnets Upload your artwork as a Png, Svg, Pdf, Psd or AfDesign Document with transparent background to enable us to cut around your design.
Magnets require a more simplistic and rounded shape to enable longevity. Our Magnet sheeting is around 0.8mm thickness and is easily ripped with complex and sharp shape cuts.
WHITE OUTLINE BORDER
As standard we add a 4-8mm White Outline around your magnet for cutting. You may add this outline yourself (ensuring that you have taken into account the end size of your sticker and its outline). Tip: Smooth borders equals smooth cuts.
QUALITY
Please ensure that your artwork is of the Highest Quality (At Least 1500 pixels or above) and has a transparent background before uploading. The higher quality the artwork the better the cut. Pixelated or low quality artwork may be rejected.
COLOUR PROFILE
We use the Adobe sRGB Colour Profile using Inkjet Dye-Based Inks from a CMYK Epson Printer producing accurate and vibrant colours. Most RGB Colours are achievable minus some Neon Style Greens.
SIZE
We offer Two regular sizes as Quick Options where the largest aspect of your design would be:
- 4 Inches / 10cm
- 3 Inches / 7.5cm
Without notes we assume that your artworks largest dimension is the size you've selected whether Height or Width.
EXACT SIZE
If you'd like your Magnets an exact size, you can leave a note on your artwork and/or at checkout.
For example: if your artwork is 9cm x 5cm you would need to select the 4inch/10cm Option to cover your largest size. You would also leave us a note to say you'd like your largest dimension of the design to be 9cm.
FINISH
We offer two finishes to our magnets, Matte Laminated and Gloss Laminated. Here are the differences between each option.
MATTE - Matte laminate (75 micron) coating offers a smooth, non-reflective, slightly dulled colour protection to your stickers, water resistant, scratch resistant and long lasting.
GLOSSY - Gloss laminate (75 micron) coating offers ultra-smooth, reflective, colour brightening protection for your stickers, water resistant and long lasting.
Note: Matte Vinyl & Lamination suits more simplistic artwork, pastel and muted colours and looks overall more premium. Gloss Vinyl & Lamination suits more complex artwork, produces accurate blacks and dark colours and makes for a reflective and wet-look sticker.

From 1 May 2025, new UK–EU customs rules (The Windsor Framework) mean that we need to include extra customs information when sending parcels from Great Britain to Northern Ireland.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Customs Declarations: Your parcel will be sent with detailed customs info (description, value, origin).
- Possible Charges: Occasionally, parcels may be subject to customs checks or import duties. If this happens, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Delays: These changes may also cause occasional delays while your parcel is being processed at customs.
Stickiply doesn't currently have a business presence or customs representative based in Northern Ireland, therefore this may affect how your parcel is handled. We’re working on ways to make this smoother, and we’ll keep you updated as things develop.

Following the United Kingdom's departure from the EU, customers in EU member states may be subject to VAT, import duties, and handling charges.
- Orders under €150: Thanks to our integration with the EU Import One Stop Shop (IOSS), VAT is collected at checkout, minimising customs delays. However, small customs processing or brokerage fees may still apply.
- Orders over €150: VAT and customs duties will be managed by your local customs or postal service. If you’d like to pre-pay these fees, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can arrange DDP (Duty Delivered Paid)shipping.

APRIL 2ND - 10% TARIFF UPDATE
As of April 2nd, 2025, the U.S. introduced a 10% import tariff on UK-origin goods.
This means that even if a product is manufactured in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧, U.S. Customs may apply an import duty of 10% of the order value. These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and are not within our control.
MAY 2ND - RECIPROCAL TARIFFS & ORIGIN-BASED DUTIES UPDATE
From May 2nd, 2025, the U.S. has expanded tariffs targeting goods of Chinese origin, even if they are shipped from the UK 🇬🇧.
This is due to the application of new reciprocal tariffs, Section 301 duties, and emergency economic powers tariffs.
Products of Chinese origin may now be subject to:
- A 125% reciprocal tariff
- Plus a 25% Section 301 duty
- Plus a possible 20% tariff under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA)
Total potential tariffs: up to 170% or more on the product’s value.
Key Points:
- Goods made or sourced from China 🇨🇳 are now heavily scrutinised at U.S. Customs, regardless of where they ship from.
- Even if the order value is below the $800 USD "de minimis" threshold, U.S. Customs may still apply these tariffsbased on origin alone.
- Additional processing fees or delays at U.S. entry points are also possible.
Products that may be affected include, but are not limited to:

Keep magnets away from electronic devices, credit cards, and medical implants such as pacemakers. Store flat to prevent bending or damage to stickers, laminates, and bookmarks. Keep all products out of reach of children and pets.

Handle with care to avoid sharp edges on laminated products. Vinyl and plastic components are flammable – keep away from open flames and extreme heat.
Vinyl Stickers and Stickers sheets are printed with aqueous inks and therefore not suitable for outdoor usage. Extended usage outdoors may lead to evaporation or fading from UV exposure. Smudging or defective adhesive from extreme hot or cold temperatures and more. Our vinyl and sublimated products are not suitable for dish-washers, hand-wash items decorated with stickers or sublimated with luke-warm water and minimal abrasion.
