For Die-Cut Magnets Upload your artwork as a Png, Svg, Pdf, Psd or AfDesign Document with transparent background to enable us to cut around your design.
Magnets require a more simplistic and rounded shape to enable longevity. Our Magnet sheeting is around 0.8mm thickness and is easily ripped with complex and sharp shape cuts.
WHITE OUTLINE BORDER
As standard we add a 4-8mm White Outline around your magnet for cutting. You may add this outline yourself (ensuring that you have taken into account the end size of your sticker and its outline). Tip: Smooth borders equals smooth cuts.
QUALITY
Please ensure that your artwork is of the Highest Quality (At Least 1500 pixels or above) and has a transparent background before uploading. The higher quality the artwork the better the cut. Pixelated or low quality artwork may be rejected.
COLOUR PROFILE
We use the Adobe sRGB Colour Profile using Inkjet Dye-Based Inks from a CMYK Epson Printer producing accurate and vibrant colours. Most RGB Colours are achievable minus some Neon Style Greens.
SIZE
We offer Two regular sizes as Quick Options where the largest aspect of your design would be:
- 4 Inches / 10cm
- 3 Inches / 7.5cm
Without notes we assume that your artworks largest dimension is the size you've selected whether Height or Width.
EXACT SIZE
If you'd like your Magnets an exact size, you can leave a note on your artwork and/or at checkout.
For example: if your artwork is 9cm x 5cm you would need to select the 4inch/10cm Option to cover your largest size. You would also leave us a note to say you'd like your largest dimension of the design to be 9cm.
FINISH
We offer two finishes to our magnets, Matte Laminated and Gloss Laminated. Here are the differences between each option.
MATTE - Matte laminate (75 micron) coating offers a smooth, non-reflective, slightly dulled colour protection to your stickers, water resistant, scratch resistant and long lasting.
GLOSSY - Gloss laminate (75 micron) coating offers ultra-smooth, reflective, colour brightening protection for your stickers, water resistant and long lasting.
Note: Matte Vinyl & Lamination suits more simplistic artwork, pastel and muted colours and looks overall more premium. Gloss Vinyl & Lamination suits more complex artwork, produces accurate blacks and dark colours and makes for a reflective and wet-look sticker.

On August 29, 2025, the United States ended the $800 duty-free threshold. All orders shipped to the U.S. are now subject to import duties and taxes.
To keep this simple, Stickiply ships all U.S. orders using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) via Teleship with USPS, UPS, or FedEx completing final delivery. All import charges are included at checkout, so you will not receive additional duty, brokerage, or customs requests after dispatch. U.S. state sales tax may still apply where required.
Following a U.S. Supreme Court ruling in February 2026, the previous country-specific tariff system was ruled unlawful. As a result, on February 20, 2026, the U.S. government replaced it with a temporary uniform tariff under Section 122 of the Trade Act.
The baseline tariff initially set at 10% for the UK was increased to 15% from February 21, 2026. This temporary system currently applies to most imported goods regardless of country of origin and may change again depending on future legislation.
We currently include the following in your total at checkout:
- A 15% U.S. baseline tariff applied to most imported goods.
- Standard ad valorem import duty of approximately 1% to 6%, depending on the product’s HS code.
- Additional trade tariffs such as Section 301 duties on selected Chinese-origin goods, including plastic films, vinyl, laminates, and related materials
- Any additional product-specific or anti-dumping duties where applicable
- All customs clearance, brokerage, and handling fees
For UK-manufactured products such as stickers, magnetic bookmarks, and prints, the total import cost typically falls between 15% and 20%, depending on classification.
For Chinese-origin materials or components, higher duties may apply due to existing U.S. trade measures such as Section 301.
Not included in your total at checkout:
- Applicable U.S. state or local sales tax, where required
All import charges are shown before payment. No additional fees will be requested on delivery. Refusing delivery, failing to pay required local taxes, or providing incorrect shipping information may result in return or destruction of the parcel. In these cases, no refund will be issued.

- Orders under €150: Thanks to our integration with the EU Import One Stop Shop (IOSS), VAT is collected at checkout, minimising customs delays. However, small customs processing or brokerage fees may still apply.
- Orders over €150: VAT and customs duties are collected and remitted as standard at checkout and orders are sent with a DDP (Duty Delivered Paid)shipping service.

All orders shipped to the European Union with a total value under €150 are processed under the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) scheme. This means VAT is automatically collected at checkout and remitted to your local tax authority, in line with EU regulations.
As a result, these shipments are treated as B2C (Business-to-Consumer) transactions — and there is no option at checkout to enter a VAT or EORI number.
EU VAT cannot be reclaimed on IOSS orders or DDP shipped orders irrespective of if you have an EU VAT-registered business since Stickiply is effectively the tax collector and remitter.

Our vinyl and sublimated products are not suitable for dish-washers, hand-wash items decorated with stickers or sublimated with luke-warm water and minimal abrasion.
