🧲 Preparing Your Design
✂️ Shape & Cutting
Magnets require simpler, rounded shapes for durability. Sharp corners and intricate cuts can weaken the material over time. 👉 Smooth shapes = cleaner cuts and longer-lasting magnets
⚪ White Border (Default)
We add a 3–6mm white outline as standard for clean cutting and durability. Want another colour, just ask in artwork notes. Prefer your own border? Just include it in your design and account for the final size.
📸 Artwork Quality Tips
- Minimum resolution: 1500px+
- Higher quality = sharper cuts and cleaner edges
- Low quality or pixelated artwork may be rejected
🎨 Colour Profile
Printed using Epson CMYK-PBG Workflow for vibrant, accurate colours using either U.S. Web Coated (SWOP) v2 or Apple RGB profile depending on artwork profile. Some neon tones (especially bright greens and purples) may not print exactly as seen on screen.
📏 Sizing Options
Your magnet size is based on the longest side of your design:
- 2 inch (5cm)
- 3 inch (7.5cm)
- 4 inch (10cm)
Need an exact size? Leave a note at checkout. 📝 Example: For a 9cm x 5cm design, select 4 inch and request 'max width = 9cm'.

Glitter Laminate

- Subtle Glittery sparkle and shimmer from ingrained milled sand

Orders under €150 use the IOSS scheme, with VAT collected at checkout to minimise customs delays. Small customs processing or brokerage fees may still apply.
Orders over €150 ship DDP, with VAT and customs duties collected at checkout.
From 1 July 2026, a temporary €3 EU customs duty may apply to qualifying low-value parcels under the EU threshold. This is separate from VAT.
We currently cannot ship to Austria due to local packaging regulations.
EU Business Orders and VAT Reclaim
All website orders to the EU are treated as B2C transactions, so EU VAT cannot be reclaimed through our checkout regardless of your VAT status or order value.
If you are a VAT-registered business in the EU and want to reclaim tax, place your order through our Faire integration, which ships DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). VAT becomes payable and reclaimable on import with valid VAT and EORI numbers, or marked as Reverse Charge where applicable. Order via stickiply.faire.com.
🇬🇧 Northern Ireland
Parcels from Great Britain to Northern Ireland include customs data we provide. Personal consumer orders are not normally subject to import duties, though occasional customs checks or carrier processing delays may occur.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and moisture. Avoid high humidity to prevent warping, fading, or degradation of materials. Keep magnets away from electronic devices, credit cards, and medical implants such as pacemakers. Store flat to prevent bending or damage to stickers, laminates, and bookmarks. Keep all products out of reach of children and pets.
Warnings:
Our products and not suitable for children under 3 years – small parts may present a choking hazard. Magnets can interfere with electronic equipment and medical devices. Handle with care to avoid sharp edges on laminated products. Vinyl and plastic components are flammable – keep away from open flames and extreme heat.
Vinyl Stickers and Stickers sheets are printed with aqueous inks and therefore not suitable for outdoor usage. Extended usage outdoors may lead to evaporation or fading from UV exposure. Smudging or defective adhesive from extreme hot or cold temperatures and more. Our vinyl and sublimated products are not suitable for dish-washers, hand-wash items decorated with stickers or sublimated with luke-warm water and minimal abrasion.
All of our products are for decorative or functional purposes only and are not intended for ingestion or misuse.

Dispose of all products responsibly in accordance with local waste and recycling regulations. Vinyl stickers, laminates, and plastic bookmarks are not biodegradable and should be recycled where facilities exist. Do not incinerate vinyl or plastic materials, as they may release toxic fumes.
