- Possible Charges: Occasionally, parcels may be subject to customs checks or import duties. If this happens, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Following the United Kingdom's departure from the EU, customers in EU member states may be subject to VAT, import duties, and handling charges.
- Orders under €150: Thanks to our integration with the EU Import One Stop Shop (IOSS), VAT is collected at checkout, minimising customs delays. However, small customs processing or brokerage fees may still apply.

From 2nd May 2025, new U.S. import regulations may affect the way some of our SUPPLIES and CREATE items are handled by US customs.
Although shipped from the UK 🇬🇧, our vinyls, laminates and other crafting materials for the most part are are manufactured or sourced in China🇨🇳, and therefore under updated U.S. trade rules, may be subject to additional import duties or processing fees, even on orders under the $800 USD duty-free de minimis" exception.
If/when flagged by U.S. Customs, affected items may incur:
- A 30% import tariff, or
- A minimum duty of $25, whichever is greater
This change affects nearly all of our unmodified raw crafting materials like but not limited to:
- Stickiply Printable Vinyl (Glossy/Matte/Holographic/etc)
- Stickiply Lamination Films (Holographic/Glitter/Speciality)
- Stickiply Thermal Lamination Film (Glossy/Matte)
- Stickiply Photo Papers (Single/Double)
- Stickiply Self-Adhesive Magnets & Magnet Sheets
- Paper Crafting Tools & Equipment
- Cellobags & Other Packaging
This does not affect the Stickiply Matte or Glossy Self-Adhesive Laminate however since these are manufactured in the UK🇬🇧.
The changes coming into affect on the 2nd May 2025, may affect one item within our CREATE section, the Magnetic Bookmark (DIY, Plus Magnet) option. Since our magnets are manufactured in China and come separately in the box, customs may have issues with the origin of part of the raw materials in the order. However our Magnetic Bookmarks (Ready-to-go) and Magnetic Bookmark (DIY - No Magnet) options will not be affected since these are manufactured solely or put together in the UK🇬🇧.

However:
- Local VAT (Often 20%), GST, or other consumption taxes may still apply.
- Customs processing or handling fees may be charged by your local authority.

For Countries in the Gulf Cooperation Council such as Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE
- Orders are subject to import duties and taxes, including a standard 5% customs duty on most goods.
