Custom Printing | Upload Your Artwork

PNG, SVG, PSD (Photoshop) and flattened PDF are our preferred formats. We also accept JPG, TIFF and AI (Illustrator) files.

PNG with a transparent background gives the cleanest die-cut result for stickers and magnets.

If you've got a file in another format, upload it anyway. We'll contact you if we need something different.

Up to 4 designs per order on custom vinyl stickers and holographic stickers.

If you upload 4 designs on a 96 sticker pack, you receive 24 of each design. Total quantity splits evenly across your uploaded designs.

Other products (magnetic bookmarks, backing cards, UV DTF, greeting cards) have their own design limits. Check the specific product page for details.

Minimum 1500 pixels at 300 DPI for sticker and small-format work. Larger prints need proportionally higher resolution.

Higher resolution equals sharper, more professional results. Screenshots, low-res social media exports and pixelated artwork may be rejected or flagged so we can get a better file from you before printing.

If you're not sure, upload the largest file you have. We check every order before printing and will contact you if there's an issue.

Yes. Most of our customers aren't professional designers.

Upload whatever you have and leave a note at checkout explaining what you'd like us to do. Common requests: remove the background, add a white border, crop to a specific shape, clean up rough edges.

We'll shape your artwork into something print-ready before producing anything. If we can't, we'll email you before printing.

Yes. Our default is a 2-4mm white border for clean die-cutting, but you can change it.

Different colour border: send us a HEX code (for example #FDBA11 for Stickiply yellow) in the order notes.

No border at all (full bleed): leave 2-4mm of bleed around your design, or give us a CMYK HEX code so we can extend your border colour before cutting. Your design needs a solid outer colour or an internal cut path for this to work cleanly.

CMYK gives the most accurate colour match to what you see on screen.

We print on Epson 6-tank PBCMYKG dye-based printers for vivid, punchy colour. Most standard designs print beautifully in either RGB or CMYK.

The exception: some neon RGB tones (bright greens, electric cyans, vivid purples) won't translate perfectly into print. If those colours matter to your design, convert to CMYK first and adjust anything that shifts too far from your original.

By the longest side of your design, either height or width.

Standard sticker sizes: 2 inch (5cm), 3 inch (7.6cm), 4 inch (10cm).

A 9cm wide by 5cm tall design fits a 4 inch (10cm) order because 9cm is its longest side. Leave a note at checkout with exact dimensions if you need a specific width or height.

Other products (bookmarks, backing cards, greeting cards) have their own size conventions. Check the product page.

Yes. Leave a note at checkout with the exact dimensions you want.

Example: for a 9cm × 5cm design, order the 4 inch (10cm) size and note "max width = 9cm". We'll size to your spec rather than the standard.

Works for all our custom products. If your requested size is outside what we can produce, we'll email you before charging.

Low minimums made for small businesses. Most custom products start at small pack sizes so you can test a design before committing to a full run.

Custom vinyl stickers start at 48 per design (or 12 per design if you upload 4). Other products have their own minimums.

If you need a one-off sample or an unusual quantity for a larger order, email us and we'll try to help.

Yes. Bigger orders unlock bigger discounts, up to 50% off per sticker on large runs.

Standard pack sizes for stickers: 48, 96, 200, 500, 1000 and 2000. Savings increase with each tier.

We cap individual designs at 2000 per order. Beyond that, a large-scale manufacturer is usually more cost-effective for you.

Matte: non-reflective, soft-touch, scratch and water-resistant. Best for muted tones, minimalist designs and a premium feel.

Gloss: high-shine, vibrant, reflective. Best for bold artwork, strong contrast and darker colours that benefit from a colour-popping finish.

Glitter: all-over sparkle effect. Best for high-impact designs with solid colours and darker backgrounds.

Holographic: rainbow shimmer that shifts as you move the sticker. Best for eye-catching designs on our custom holographic stickers.

Most orders are printed, cut, laminated and shipped from our UK studio within 3 to 6 days depending on how busy we are at the time. Dispatch is always displayed under the product information. If you do have a deadline, feel free to get in touch or leave us a note on your order!

Delivery after dispatch:

UK: 1-3 days. EU: 4-14 days. US: 7-14 days. International: 7-21 days.

Large or complex orders may take a little longer. We'll tell you if that's the case before printing.

Yes. We ship worldwide from our UK studio.

US orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) with all import charges included at checkout. No surprise fees on delivery.

EU orders under €150 include VAT at checkout via IOSS for faster customs clearance. Orders over €150 also ship DDP.

Most other countries collect VAT/duties on delivery. Full breakdown on each product page shipping tab.

Yes. All our custom products are sold for commercial use. Markets, Etsy, craft fairs, wholesale, online shops, all allowed.

The only restriction is on your artwork: you can't upload copyrighted designs, book covers, characters, logos or licensed imagery you don't own the rights to sell. Everything we print needs to be your own original work or artwork you're licensed to use commercially.
