🇬🇧 Is VAT included in prices for UK customers?

Yes. All prices shown on our website include UK VAT at the standard rate.

🧾 Do you provide VAT invoices?

Yes. We can provide a VAT invoice on request by email or via the enquiry form.

📦 When will my order be fulfilled?

Our current processing time is shown in the banner at the top of the website and updated daily. Most orders ship within 3 business days.

If you have a specific deadline, leave an order note or email us before placing your order so we can check we'll hit your date.

📍 My tracking hasn't moved for 5 days. What do I do?

If your parcel has been stuck in one location for more than 5 days, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier.

Most couriers keep packages for 7-14 days before returning to sender if there's an issue with your address, EORI number, tax information or something else.

Include photographs of exactly what you received and your order number so we can resolve it promptly.

🌍 Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship to most countries via tracked services and dispatch to over 43 countries every single month.

Delivery times after dispatch: UK 1-3 days, EU 4-14 days, US 7-14 days, international 7-21 days.

🇪🇺 EU customers: will I pay import duties?

Orders under €150: VAT is collected through the IOSS scheme at checkout and remitted to EU countries. No extra charges are usually due on delivery.

Orders over €150: VAT and customs duties are collected at checkout. We ship with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) partners.

VAT-registered EU businesses: Place your order through our Faire integration. You won't be charged VAT upfront and can reclaim charges yourself. You'll need a valid EU VAT number and an activated EORI number to import from the UK.

🇺🇸 US customers: will I pay import duties?

All US orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) via USPS, UPS or FedEx. All import charges are included at checkout, no surprise fees on delivery.

We currently include:

15% US baseline tariff on most imported goods (in effect from 21 February 2026).

1-6% ad valorem duty depending on the product's HS code.

Additional Section 301 duties on selected Chinese-origin goods (vinyl, laminates, plastic films).

All customs clearance and handling fees.

Not included: applicable US state or local sales tax where required.

If your order includes a mix of UK and Chinese-origin items, US Customs may apply the highest tariff to the entire order.

🌐 International customers: will I pay duties?

For countries outside the UK, EU and US, your order may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties or courier handling fees.

These charges are not included at checkout. They're calculated and collected by your local customs authority or courier when your order arrives.
