This Shipping Policy applies to Stickiply Ltd, registered in England and Wales, with a registered address at 3rd Floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
SECTION 1: DELIVERY (SHOP, SUPPLIES, MARKET & CREATE By Stickiply)

These estimates are for shipping only and do not include fulfilment time, which is updated daily via the banner under each product on our website.
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, couriers, weather, peak seasons, political disruption, carrier backlogs, or other external factors are outside our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the goods have been delivered to the address provided.
We may restrict, suspend, or refuse shipping to certain countries, regions, or postcodes due to carrier limitations, safety concerns, sanctions, customs restrictions, or ongoing disruptions. This includes areas affected by conflict or instability. Delivery to affected regions may experience extended delays, reduced services, or limited tracking updates.
SECTION 2: INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES & FEES)
🇪🇺 European Union
Following the United Kingdom’s departure from the EU, orders may be subject to VAT, duties, customs charges, and handling fees.
- Orders under €150: VAT is collected at checkout under the IOSS scheme. This helps reduce delays, although local handling, customs, or postal processing fees may still apply.
- Orders over €150: Orders are shipped using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) services. VAT and duties are calculated at checkout where applicable.
From 1 July 2026, a temporary €3 EU customs duty may apply to qualifying low-value imported e-commerce parcels under the EU threshold. This charge is separate from VAT and may apply in addition to any local customs, postal, clearance, or handling fees set by the destination country, postal operator, or customs authority.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local import checks, postal processing, or fees charged by customs authorities or delivery partners.
EU Business Orders & VAT
Orders under €150 are processed under IOSS and treated as B2C transactions. VAT is collected at checkout and cannot be reclaimed through the checkout order route.
Orders over €150 shipped using DDP services are also treated as B2C transactions through our website.
If you are an EU VAT-registered business and wish to place an order using a route better suited to reclaiming VAT, orders must be placed via our Faire integration using DDU / import-on-arrival terms where available: https://stickiply.faire.com
🇪🇺 EU Countries we currently cannot ship to
Austria: Due to local packaging regulations requiring an authorised representative, we are currently unable to ship to Austria.

🇺🇸 United States
All U.S. orders are shipped using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) services.
Import duties, tariffs, and customs-related fees are calculated and included at checkout based on current regulations at the time of purchase. This means you should not normally receive additional customs charges on delivery. U.S. state sales tax may still apply where required.
If a parcel is refused, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information, failure to accept delivery, or customer action, no refund will be issued for shipping costs or import charges already paid on your behalf.

🇬🇧 Northern Ireland
Under current UK-EU arrangements, parcels sent from Great Britain to Northern Ireland require additional customs data.
- Customs Declarations: Orders include product description, value, and origin information provided by us
- Charges: Personal consumer orders are not normally subject to import duties
- Delays: Occasional customs checks or carrier processing delays may occur

🇨🇦 Canada, 🇦🇺 Australia & 🇳🇿 New Zealand
For orders shipped to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, applicable taxes such as GST, HST, sales tax, or similar indirect taxes are collected at checkout and remitted by Stickiply where required.
This means most orders should not incur additional tax charges on delivery.
However, customs authorities, postal operators, or carriers may still apply clearance, brokerage, handling, or service fees depending on the shipment and destination.

🌍 Standard International Shipping, Outside Named Regions
For countries outside the United States, European Union, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, taxes, import duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, shipping surcharges, service fees, handling fees, or tax-processing fees may apply depending on your country, parcel value, carrier, and local import rules.
These charges are not included at checkout for standard international shipping outside the named regions above and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing before dispatch.
Some countries or carriers may also apply remote area surcharges, customs presentation fees, tax handling fees, import administration fees, or similar charges which are outside our control.
If you would like a DDP, pre-paid tax and duties shipping option for your country, please contact us at hello@stickiply.com before placing your order. Where available, we may be able to arrange an export quote with duties and taxes pre-paid.
Failure to pay any duties, taxes, surcharges, or customs-related fees may result in the parcel being returned, held, abandoned, or destroyed by the carrier or customs authority.
If a parcel is refused, abandoned, returned, or destroyed due to unpaid charges, failed customs clearance, or incorrect information provided by the customer, no refund will be issued for shipping costs or non-recoverable import charges. Product refunds are handled at our discretion.
SECTION 3: CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays, returns, losses, or failed delivery caused by incomplete, incorrect, or outdated address information.
Lost or Damaged Shipments: Claims must be submitted within 30 days of dispatch. We investigate all claims with the carrier and make decisions based on tracking, carrier confirmation, shipment type, and the circumstances of the order.
We reserve the right to restrict shipping methods, require tracked services, or decline replacement or refund requests where tracking shows successful delivery or where claim history suggests repeated delivery risk.
