At Stickiply, certain products and services are offered through subscriptions and pre-orders. This policy outlines how these purchases can be managed or cancelled. For returns and refunds, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the selected frequency.

1.1 Payment & Billing

 

  • Your payment method is securely stored and automatically charged before each scheduled delivery
  • Billing occurs in advance of dispatch
  • Some subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date

1.2 Managing or Cancelling Subscriptions

 

  • Subscriptions can be paused, updated, or cancelled at any time before the next billing date
  • Changes must be made before billing is processed
  • Once payment has been taken, the order is locked in and will be fulfilled
  • Cancellations after billing apply to the next cycle only
  • No refunds are issued for subscription orders that have already been processed or dispatched

1.3 Failed or Declined Payments

  • If payment fails, we may retry the charge
  • If payment continues to fail, the subscription may be paused or cancelled
  • We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions with repeated payment failures

Pre-orders

Pre-orders allow you to reserve items before they are in stock. Orders are fulfilled once stock becomes available.

2.1 Payment Terms

  • We may charge:

a) Full payment at checkout, or

b) A partial deposit, with the remaining balance charged before dispatch

  • Stored payment methods may be charged automatically when stock is ready

2.2 Cancelling Pre-orders

 

  • Pre-orders can be cancelled any time before fulfilment
  • Once fulfilled, orders are treated as standard purchases
  • Refunds for fulfilled pre-orders follow our Returns & Refunds Policy
  • Custom or made-to-order pre-orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started

2.3 Payment Disputes

If a chargeback or dispute is raised after fulfilment, we reserve the right to:

  • Refuse future orders
  • Restrict access to pre-order or subscription services

General Terms

 

  • Custom, personalised, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started
  • Digital products cannot be cancelled once accessed or delivered
  • Stickiply reserves the right to update this policy at any time
