We’ve made it easy to save on costs and shipping by making magnets optional and allowing artists to DIY their own bookmarks. You can purchase your own magnets to apply from another provider in your home country, or purchase them from us here.

Choosing our DIY KIT options allows you to build your own magnetic bookmarks to create content for socials or to increase profit margins by taking on some of the production yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions About Custom Magnetic Bookmarks

Q: How many designs can I upload per package?

A: You may upload only one design per package. Discounts per bookmark are rewarded to those ordering higher quantities of the same design.

Q: What is the line in the centre fold of the custom magnetic bookmark for?

A: We make all of our bookmarks by hand, so this line is printed as a visual guide for where to score your bookmark. You can ask us to make it any colour you wish, themed, or slightly faded.

Q: I’m not a designer, but would like to order. Can I just send you my artwork?

A: Yes. If you are not able to use our templates or do not have any design expertise, feel free to simply send your bookmark image along with any custom instructions and we will put things together for you.

Q: Is it possible to have no white border around my bookmark?

A: Yes. We can cut slightly inside your bookmark to create bleed and make borderless bookmarks if needed. Simply ensure your bookmark has enough room for us to cut inside, or that it is all one colour around the edge for us to add bleed.

Q: Is it possible to have a die-cut shaped backing card too?

A: Yes. We are happy to cut your backing cards into a custom shape if needed, like the jar example in our image gallery. Simply ensure your shape fits inside our backing card template.

Disclaimer: When making custom magnetic bookmarks we twist or rotate two magnets facing together to find the strongest area of support. This means magnets may not always align perfectly. In fact, 80% of the time magnets prefer to align in a Z formation.

All of our custom magnetic bookmarks are made by hand, so please allow for minor imperfections like lint or trimming variances.
