Materials
Stickiply does not offer samples or sample packs. Every supply comes in a pack of 10 sheets, the smallest quantity we sell, so one pack is the way to try a material.
Postal rules also prohibit sending anything other than correspondence by international letter mail.
Overseas customers keep shipping costs down by buying through Faire.
The Faire offer
Our Faire store is at stickiply.faire.com.
New customers get 50% off a first order, up to a set maximum value.
Free international shipping for a year is included.
The offer runs for 7 days from sign up.
We extend it by a further 3 days on request.
Materials
A3 is the largest sheet size we sell, and A4 is our standard size. Our A3 range covers printable vinyl and lamination films.
Crosshatch lamination film is not stocked in A3.
Our vinyl sticker papers are of Chinese origin. Our lamination films are made in Europe and carry lower tariffs, which matters when you order from outside the UK.
What we stock in A3
Gloss Vinyl
Matte Vinyl
Oil Spill Holographic Vinyl
Glitter laminate
Gloss and matte UV protective lamination film
Materials
Our printable sticker vinyls, including the metallic gloss, are not air release materials. They use a regular permanent adhesive, so a curved surface takes a gradual application rather than a single drop into place.
We applied matte lamination film to our own windows over a large surface area with a wet application, and got no bubbles.
Applying to curved surfaces
Laminate the print first. The extra thickness makes the material easier to control.
Work the decal down gradually with a squeegee, never dropping it into place.
For larger areas or awkward curves, apply it wet.
Spray the surface with water mixed with a small amount of washing up liquid.
Position the decal, then squeegee the liquid out.
The adhesive becomes sticky again once the water dissipates.
Materials
Every material in our range is PVC-free except the PRO UV matte and gloss lamination film, which is a monomeric calendared PVC film. The rest is polypropylene (PP) or PET, and both cut on a laser at the right settings.
PP and PET are both chlorine-free, so neither produces the hydrochloric acid fumes associated with PVC. The PRO UV lamination films are PVC, which is why they never go in a laser.
How each material cuts
PP cuts cleanly at the right settings.
PP has a low melting point, so excess power melts the edges.
PET cuts at the right settings but can melt or brown at the edges.
PRO UV matte and gloss lamination film is PVC. Never laser cut it.
Extraction and ventilation are essential with both PP and PET.
Materials
Every printable vinyl sheet we sell is vegan friendly, including the ink receiving coating.
The ink receiving coating is resin based, confirmed with our manufacturer. No part of the process is derived from animal parts, so the sheet and the coating are both vegan friendly.
What uses this coating
Matte vinyl sheets
Gloss vinyl sheets
Metallic vinyl sheets
Photo papers, which use the same resin based coating
Materials
Stickiply printable vinyls are made for indoor and personal use, because they are printed with inkjet inks. Outdoors the colours fade, though unlaminated stickers have lasted 6 months or more.
Sunlight fades the print and evaporates the water the inks are made from.
Our custom UV DTF transfers are waterproof and UV safe. They are a different product from the printable vinyls.
What affects outdoor life
Colour: black ink lasts far longer outdoors than every other colour.
Ink density: the amount your printer lays down changes how long a print survives.
Lamination: a UV laminate does not prevent the sun fading the print.
Materials
Our printable vinyl is 100µm thick. That measurement includes the adhesive and the printable coating.
This is the standard thickness across most of our vinyl sticker papers.
Thickness and liner
Printable vinyl: 100µm, including the adhesive and printable coating.
Release liner: 140gsm, thicker than the 100gsm liner most other brands use.
Materials
Both, depending on the material. The full range is moving to paper backing, starting with holographic and silver.
Paper backed vinyl is easier to cut on a Siser Juliet than plastic backed vinyl. That, alongside the eco friendly benefits, is why we chose paper.
Backing by material
Paper backed: gloss, matte, clear and glow in the dark.
Plastic backed: the holographic range, matte with clear backing, and the metallics except silver gloss.
Materials
Our vinyl sticker papers are suitable for candle labels, and customers use them for exactly that. Whether a sheet needs a laminate depends on the finish.
What each finish needs
Matte vinyl: smooth before and after printing, so it needs no laminate.
Glossy vinyl: the inkjet coating leaves a slight surface tack, so laminate it.
Holographic vinyl: the same slight surface tack, so laminate it.
Materials
No. Our UV DTF transfers are waterproof and UV safe, but they are not suited to long term dishwasher use.
Any wording that calls them dishwasher safe is wrong. Waterproof and UV safe is the correct description.
Many people do use UV DTF on mugs and cups. Dishwasher life varies with your machine, cycle time, temperature and detergent, and long cycles with harsh detergents shorten it.
Testing it in your machine
Order a sample before you commit to a larger quantity.
Run it through your own machine over a few weeks to months.
Check whether any part of the print starts to flake off.
Materials
A5 is not a size we sell. Our vinyl sticker papers are stocked in A4 as standard, with a selection of the range also made in A3.
To work at A5, cut our A4 sheets in half. We do not cut sheets down to size for customers.
Sizes we stock
A4, the standard size across our vinyl sticker paper range.
A3, on a selection of that range, including gloss vinyl.
A3 is the largest sheet size we sell.
Materials
Yes. Extra test sheets are free of charge, and you pay only the postage.
Ask for them when you have bought a pack and do not want to use it up finding your cut settings.
How to get them
Contact us with your order number.
Sheets are sent as a batch, for example 10 sheets of holographic vinyl.
The postage is invoiced separately.
Materials
The pearlescent cast comes from the material. Our gloss vinyl sticker paper is polypropylene rather than PET, and a pearlescent white is a trait of polypropylene.
We added more whiteners over the last six months to brighten the vinyl. There is a limit on how far that goes, because too much whitener causes ink adhesion problems.
Why we use polypropylene
We tested a PET gloss, which is whiter, and showed it on our social channels.
It was withdrawn after wide customer testing because of ink adhesion complications.
Whiter gloss vinyl, PET especially, rejects and bleeds darker colours over time.
The effect is strongest on printers laying down heavy ink, including smaller Epson EcoTank models.
Polypropylene works across all printers, so it stays as our gloss vinyl.
Materials
No. Photo paper is a plastic coated paper, and neither the photo paper nor the lamination film is recyclable.
Both layers contaminate paper recycling streams. Where sustainability is the goal, photo paper with a glossy laminate is the wrong combination for business cards and backing cards.
A more sustainable card
Print on board or uncoated cardstock instead of photo paper.
Use a printer that specialises in those stocks.
Ask for eco-friendly inks.
Leave the card unlaminated, because the film is not recyclable.
Materials
Yes. Three or four packs of 50 can be ordered directly. For a larger quantity, contact us before you place the order.
We hold 500 to 600 leather lamination films in stock at any time, with further stock arriving regularly.
How to order in bulk
Three or four packs of 50: order directly, no contact needed.
Larger quantities: contact us before ordering.
We confirm current stock for the quantity you need.
Materials
Yes. The photo paper and lamination pouches we used for our own flat bookmarks are all in our supplies range, and the magnetic bookmarks are the only ones we still make ourselves.
Both options use the same 180gsm photo paper. Trimming the 250 micron laminate needs a good cutting machine, or cutting by hand.
What we stock
Double sided glossy photo paper, 180gsm, the same paper as our magnetic bookmarks
250 micron thermal lamination pouches for a rigid bookmark
150 micron thermal lamination pouches for a bookmark that bends slightly
Printing
Set the media to Premium Matte with print quality set to High for accurate colour on the Epson EcoTank ET-8550. Plain Paper gives punchier colour on matte vinyl.
Install the printer with the Epson drivers from epson.sn before printing. On a Mac, adding it without those drivers sets it up as an AirPrint device instead.
With third party inks or a colour managed workflow, a custom ICC profile gives the most accurate reproduction. Northlight Images have created profiles for a selection of our papers, which can be requested directly from them.
Media and colour settings
Premium Matte prints softer and fades slightly after drying.
Plain Paper is slightly less colour accurate than Premium Matte.
Plain Paper is not available for gloss media.
Raise saturation in the advanced colour settings on Mac or PC.
Lower ink density when colours look heavy.
Raise brightness when prints look muddy.
Printing
Flat colour with sharp detail is a file and software problem. The printer carries cyan, magenta, yellow, grey and black inks, so a true red, green or blue is not printable.
Neon shades and RGB colour profiles were built for screens, not for print. Converting them to CMYK drops their intensity, so the artwork sets the ceiling on vibrancy.
Our own stickers are printed on glossy vinyl sticker paper, because gloss holds more detail than matte. Send us images of a print you are not happy with and we will look at it.
What affects vibrancy
Siser Leonardo Design Studio outputs sRGB and prints brighter. Silhouette Studio prints flatter unless you compensate by hand.
Apple Preview and Acrobat reduce vibrancy unless you increase saturation before printing.
Canva is RGB only, and neon style colours convert badly to CMYK.
On the Epson EcoTank ET-8550, Plain Paper prints punchier and Premium Matte at High quality is more accurate.
Raise saturation and brightness in the advanced colour settings, and lower ink density if colours look heavy.
Lamination smooths, boosts or dulls the result depending on the film.
Printing
Yes. Our printable vinyl works with the Epson EcoTank ET-8550, and we run several of them ourselves for both product testing and production.
On the ET-8550 the media setting makes a noticeable difference to the printed result.
Settings for the ET-8550
Premium Matte, print quality High: accurate colour, softer finish, fades as it dries.
Plain Paper: punchier colour on matte vinyl, less colour accurate.
Plain Paper is not available for gloss media.
Install the drivers from epson.sn. On Mac, an AirPrint setup is easily created by mistake.
Third party inks or a colour managed workflow: create a custom ICC profile.
Northlight Images hold profiles for a selection of our papers. Request them directly.
Printing
Send artwork in its original format and let our printers handle the conversion. Our calibrated profile converts colour more accurately than the conversion built into design software.
A CMYK export is not neutral. The colour profile and the conversion method your design software applies change how colours render in print, and a poor conversion pushes them brighter than they looked on screen.
We print close to the file supplied. For bolder, deeper results, increase the saturation and contrast in the source artwork before uploading it.
What to know about CMYK
Export with the US Web Coated v2 profile, the closest match to our printing process.
CMYK printing cannot reproduce true red, green or blue.
Neon and screen-made colours convert badly to CMYK.
Canva files are RGB only, so send them unconverted.
Printing
The lighter result is the accurate one. Since January 2026 every order has been produced on an upgraded workflow that prints significantly closer to the artwork file you upload.
The previous craft level setup ran through the Siser cutter, which interpreted colour differently and produced darker, more contrast heavy results than the source artwork itself. Older and newer batches therefore differ visibly.
How to get bolder prints
Increase the saturation and contrast in the source files before uploading them.
Changing your screen will not change the print.
Ask for a proof to check the score line, cut line and sizing before print.
Printing
Bolder, deeper prints come from the artwork, not the screen. Increase the saturation and contrast in your source file before you upload it, because our production prints closely to the file supplied.
Our current setup prints closer to the file supplied than the previous craft level setup, which interpreted colour differently. Every order has been printed this way since January 2026.
What to do
Increase the saturation and contrast in the source artwork, not in your screen settings.
Send files in their original format. Our printers convert the colour with a calibrated profile.
For CMYK, export with the US Web Coated v2 profile, the closest match to our printing process.
Request a proof to check the score line, the cut line and the sizing before we print.
Printing
Our printable vinyl sticker papers are made for inkjet printers, and many laser printers run them successfully. Xerox machines are the exception, as their fusers run too hot for the vinyl.
Fuser temperatures vary from machine to machine, so the outcome depends on your model. Our own Oki Pro produced beautiful results on our vinyls.
Sheets that do not work in your printer can be returned, even the ones used for testing. Opened packs are not a problem.
How to test them
Feed the sheets from the bypass tray.
Select a thicker media setting.
Print a few sheets before a full run.
Printing
Bent corners do not make a sheet unusable. Flattened back into shape, the sheet prints correctly.
How to use them
Bend the corners back until the sheet sits straight.
Load the straightest, cleanest edge into the printer first.
The damaged edge then travels through the print path last.
Printing
On an Epson EcoTank ET-8550, check the ink pads and the print head height once nozzle checks, head cleaning and power cleaning have not cleared the smeared ink tracks.
Our Instagram Q&A highlight walks through cleaning the ink pads, raising the print head and the maintenance beyond the routine cleaning cycles.
What to check next
Clean the ink pads.
Raise the print head.
If the smearing continues after both, the printer needs a repair.
Laminating
Cloudiness is a pressure problem, not a fault in the laminate. Our films are pressure sensitive, and the adhesive only turns fully clear under firm, even pressure across the whole sheet.
Cloudiness that clears where you press hard, or where rollers have passed over, confirms the sheet needs more pressure. Matte Pro UV shows some cloudiness until it is pressed down properly.
The options below run from least to most effective. We made the Siser Juliet spring change to all three of our own machines.
Ways to apply pressure
A pouch laminator is least effective: built for thermal lamination, it cannot bond a cold laminate.
A squeegee wrapped in a microfibre cloth presses much harder without scratching the sheet.
On a Siser Juliet, remove one spring per roller and reposition the rest diagonally.
That lowers roller pressure so a laminated sheet feeds through evenly, and helps with sticky mats.
A manual cold roller laminator is the best long term answer, built for pressure sensitive film.
It applies consistent pressure across the entire sheet, which gives the most repeatable results.
Laminating
Haziness comes from one of two things: the resolution of the artwork, or the matte lamination film. Matte is more often the cause.
File size is not resolution. Artwork photographed at home, resized repeatedly, or placed into design software at low resolution prints soft at any file size. Sizing down to 2 to 3 inch stickers improves apparent sharpness, but nothing adds detail that was never captured.
Matte film diffuses light, like a bathroom window. That fogginess is part of the finish, and it is what makes a laminated print read as hazy rather than sharp.
Matte or gloss
Only gloss lamination gives the deepest blacks, the strongest contrast and exact detail.
Our matte suits blocky, simple artwork with prime or pastel colouring.
Artwork with fine detail, textures, gradients or grain belongs on gloss.
Laminating
Our three matte laminate products differ in UV protection and in how they are applied. Two are self-adhesive cold films, the Basics and the Pro UV, and the third is a thermal pouch for a hot laminator.
The self-adhesive films are not heat pouches or document sleeves. They are applied by cold lamination with a squeegee, over printed sheets of paper or vinyl, for a protective matte finish. No heat and no laminating machine are needed.
We added the Basics range for gloss and matte film and changed the Pro UV name. Anyone reordering the self-adhesive UV matte laminate bought before that change needs the Matte Pro UV.
The three products
Matte Self-Adhesive Laminate Basics: self-adhesive film, a similar finish to the Pro UV, no UV protection.
Matte Pro UV: our long lasting self-adhesive laminate with UV protection, listed beside the Basics range.
Matte Laminating Pouches, 150 micron: thermal pouches for a hot laminator, not a self-adhesive film.
Laminating
Prints are ready to laminate almost immediately. The one requirement is that the printed surface is completely dry.
Before you laminate
Check the printed surface. It must be completely dry.
The darker the print, the longer it takes to dry.
Heavy ink coverage needs more time before you laminate.
Laminating
Thermal lamination over our heat resistant photo paper gives a rigid bookmark. Self adhesive lamination protects the print and leaves the bookmark flexible.
How each one works
Thermal: our Matte Laminating Pouches at 150 micron, run through a hot laminator.
Self adhesive: a pressure sensitive film applied cold with a squeegee, no heat and no machine.
Self adhesive adds no rigidity, so the bookmark feels the same after laminating.
Choose thermal for stiffness, self adhesive for the protective finish alone.
Laminating
Metallic vinyl can be laminated, and the wet effect still shows at the cut edges. A pressure sensitive laminate cannot seal those edges, so moisture reaches the vinyl at the borders.
Our metallic vinyls change appearance when they get wet, and a gloss laminate does not stop that happening at the cut borders.
Leave the vinyl unlaminated if the full wet effect is the finish you want.
Bonding with heat
Run the laminated sticker through a warm laminator, not a hot one.
Set the laminator to 90 to 100 degrees.
Place the sticker inside a paper pouch to protect the surface.
Too much heat melts the laminate, so this is done at your own risk.
We use heat on black and darker colours to bond the laminate and smooth the result after the roller.
Laminating
Crosshatch laminate is made for us in batches, and the line spacing varies from one batch to the next. The pattern is identical, but the newer batch is spaced tighter, which makes the texture more subtle and the artwork underneath less contrasted.
Peel both backing sheets and lay the old and new sheets side by side. The pattern matches and the spacing is the only difference. Wider spacing reads as stronger contrast, tighter spacing as a softer texture.
Stock, returns and changes
Each batch is made for us specifically, so old stock is gone once it sells through.
We accept a return if a batch does not suit you.
We have raised this with our manufacturer, as we prefer the contrasted pattern too.
Stock is ordered 2 to 3 months ahead, so any change takes that long to reach us.
Some batch differences are machine nuance at the manufacturer and cannot be changed.
Laminating
Oraguard 210M is not a laminate we have tested on our matte printable vinyl, because we laminate with our own Matte Pro UV film. No laminate has released from our matte printable vinyl in our own use.
Our vinyl and laminate
Our matte printable vinyl is powder coated, as many printable vinyls are.
Matte Pro UV is our long lasting self-adhesive laminate with UV protection.
Matte Pro UV is at the same standard as Oraguard 210M.
Cutting machines
A dotted or stitched edge comes from too much pressure with too few passes. Cut three times at a lighter force so each pass goes through one layer only.
Blade quality changes the result on its own. The blades supplied with the machine are poorer quality than the ones we sell, and poorer than the cheap replacement blades widely available online.
A video walkthrough of this is on our Instagram highlights and our TikTok channel.
Holographic laminate is thinner and a harder plastic, so cut it with more care.
Cutting machines
Our holographic and metallic sticker papers need a 60 degree blade or a deep cut blade. Their plastic backing is much stronger than glossy or white matte paper, so the preset material list in your software is not a reliable guide.
Test on one spare sheet of ordinary vinyl, moving the position on the mat for each attempt. One sheet then gives you several tests instead of printing and cutting a full sheet every time.
Settings by machine
On a Siser Juliet, the 60 degree blade cuts the backing more precisely and cleanly than the 45 degree.
On a Cricut, start from a heavy preset such as Magnetic Sheet.
Save that preset as your own custom setting.
Work back from it in small steps until the kiss cut and the die cut are both right.
Cutting machines
One extender is enough for a Siser Juliet. Fit it down the centre of the machine.
We ran our own Siser Juliet machines with a single extender for years.
What one order includes
One extender, sold as a single item, not a pair.
Exactly the item shown in the example images on the product page.
Cutting machines
Fine white dust along the cut line is normal on matte vinyl and is not a fault in the material or in your machine. The matte finish is a powder coating on the surface, so cutting it unlaminated releases dust whatever speed, force or brand you use.
The same powder coating produces the slightly rippled look along the edge. Lamination removes both, because the blade never touches the powder coating directly. We laminate all of our own stickers, so there is no dust to clean up.
How to deal with it
Brush the sheet or wipe it with a microfibre cloth after cutting.
Laminate before cutting for a dust-free cut and a cleaner edge.
Lamination also adds strength and durability, and makes kiss cut settings easier to get right.
On a Siser Juliet, use the built-in test cut feature to set blade depth.
Set kiss cut and die cut depth there, not by trial and error on speed and force.
Our Siser Juliet force setting for unlaminated matte was 5 to 7.
Cutting machines
Yes. A good cutting machine cuts 150 micron laminate paired with 180gsm double sided gloss photo paper, using several passes at a lighter force.
Laminate peels after cutting when the sheet was thermally laminated while still damp, or when the cut did not go fully through the sheet.
How to cut it
Use 2 to 3 passes at a lighter force, the settings we used on the Siser Juliet.
Print first and let the sheet dry fully before laminating.
Allow longer drying time the darker the print.
Cut cleanly all the way through, on every shape.
Anything still caught on the mat or in the excess material pulls the laminate away.
Cutting machines
Yes. Stickers at 10 x 10 mm work on our A4 matte sticker sheets with a machine such as the Siser Juliet, with a lamination film over the top.
Our matte vinyl is powder coated and produces dust when it is cut bare. A lamination film stops that, adds strength and durability, and makes kiss cut settings far easier to get right.
How to cut them
Use our A4 matte sticker sheets on a machine such as the Siser Juliet.
Apply a lamination film over the top before you cut.
Test your kiss cut settings on a single spare sheet of ordinary vinyl.
Move the position on the mat for each test rather than cutting a full sheet.
Cutting machines
The Siser Juliet is no longer used for any part of our production. All cutting now runs on our flatbed cutters.
We ran Siser Juliet machines for years before that move. The settings we quote for them, from blade choice through to pressure and passes, are the ones we used on our own machines.
Our Siser Juliet setup
60 degree blade rather than 45 degree, for cleaner cuts through plastic backed sheets.
Lamination film over matte vinyl, which is powder coated and produces dust when cut bare.
One extender, placed down the centre of the machine.
Labels down to 10 x 10 mm on our matte A4 sticker sheets.
Cutting machines
Yes. Kiss cutting works on a flatbed cutter, and all of our own sticker cutting now runs on ours.
We were told when we bought the flatbeds that kiss cutting would not be possible on them. It is, and the Siser Juliet is no longer used for any operation.
How the cut runs
Most materials cut in one pass rather than several.
An A3 sheet of stickers takes 45 to 60 seconds.
Stickers and bookmarks cut cleanly at the maximum speed of 1200.
Registration is accurate as long as the marks read correctly. Only 3mm of skew is allowed.
Cutting runs on the mat, not the bare felt, which sheds fibres onto bookmarks.
Draw artwork as curves. A tangential blade does not cut sharp corners.
Cutting machines
The speed gain over a desktop cutter is small. The real difference is that most materials cut in one pass instead of several.
Speeds and cut times
An A3 sheet of stickers cuts in 45 to 60 seconds.
Stickers and bookmarks cut cleanly at the maximum speed of 1200.
0.5mm magnetic sheet runs slower, at 300 to 400 speed.
Cutting machines
Magnetic sheet at 0.5mm cuts at 455 pressure with the speed dropped to 300 to 400, and two passes once blades are worn.
Dropping the speed to 300 to 400 is what keeps the cut clean at 455 pressure. The blade is going through a stack of 0.5mm magnetic sheet, gloss vinyl and laminate on top.
The settings we run
Pressure: 455.
Speed: 300 to 400.
Passes: two once blades are worn.
Material stack: 0.5mm magnetic sheet, gloss vinyl, laminate on top.
Cutting machines
Blade life is set by the material. Thermal laminated cardstock, which we cut in volume, wears out one official blade every 3 to 4 weeks.
We had our own blades manufactured for that work, and they last far longer than the official blades.
Blade options and prices
Our own blades: £3 each.
Official blades: £70 each.
Standard blades fit the machine, but the cut is not as clean.
Cutting machines
Registration mark reading is accurate 100% of the time when the marks are read correctly. The material has to be placed squarely, because only 3mm of skew is allowed.
We drive our flatbed cutters through the Illustrator plug in, and the software is straightforward to understand.
Misreads are occasional.
What affects a read
Changes in light
Print skewing
The older model, which accounts for most misreads
Cutting machines
No. A tangential blade does not cut sharp corners at all, so the cut line has to be drawn as curves.
How to draw the cut line
Draw every corner in the cut line as a curve.
A sharp angle left in the path takes a chunk out of the corner.
Build the curves into the artwork before you cut material.
Cutting machines
No. Both of our mats have been in use for months and both still cut correctly.
The mats look visually damaged after that much cutting. The damage is cosmetic and makes no difference in use.
Why we cut on the mat
Every job is cut on the mat, never on the bare felt.
Cutting on the mat makes lining work up easier.
Bare felt leaves fibres on our bookmarks.
Cutting machines
Flatbed cutters are loud and they run warm. The tangential blade also produces a very high pitched tone from the moment the machine is switched on.
Younger ears pick that tone up, anyone under 35. It gave us headaches for weeks before we got used to it.
How we work with it
Noise cancelling headphones or earphones block the tone out.
We switch the machines off when they are not in use.
Cutting machines
No. Stickiply bought every creasing tool for our flatbed cutters, and none of them works on the material we crease.
What this covers
Every creasing tool sold for our flatbed cutters.
The very thick material we crease in production.
Thin stock is outside what we have tested.
Cutting machines
The FB790-T is the better machine. Choose it over the FB780-T when the budget stretches to it.
Registration is accurate every time the marks are read correctly. Misreads are concentrated on the older FB780-T, caused by changes in light or by print skewing.
A tangential blade cuts no sharp corners on either machine. Artwork has to be drawn as curves, otherwise chunks are taken out of the angle.
What both machines do
Cut most materials in one pass rather than several.
Cut an A3 sheet of stickers in 45 to 60 seconds.
Cut stickers and bookmarks cleanly at the maximum speed of 1200.
Kiss cut stickers, as well as cutting through cardstock and 0.5mm magnetic sheet.
Allow 3mm of skew when the material is placed on the bed.
Run loud and warm, with a high pitched noise from the tangential blade.
Magnetic bookmarks
A magnetic bookmark needs to be 3cm wide. The magnets are 2cm in width and length, so 3cm of width holds them comfortably.
Artwork that is not wide enough for the magnets to attach properly is the most common problem we see. On an undersized bookmark the magnet overspills the edge of the artwork and the bookmark pops open unexpectedly.
Position matters as well as width. A magnet set close to the fold pops the bookmark open, because of the 4mm total thickness against the short distance from the fold.
How to size it
Size the bookmark to the backing card.
Allow 3cm of width for the 2cm magnets.
Keep the magnets well away from the fold.
Widen a narrow design instead of crowding the magnets in.
Test your artwork in our bookmark designer and get a free proof.
Magnetic bookmarks
Magnet alignment is the cause. These magnets magnetise in one direction only, so the two must be twisted into matching polarity before the bookmark will close.
An aligned pair sits in a Z formation rather than squarely on top of each other. That offset is correct.
A video of the process is on our social channels. If the bookmark still will not close, send us a video and we will advise.
How to align the magnets
Place one magnet on one side of the bookmark.
Hold the second magnet on top of it, sticky side facing up towards you.
Twist and rotate the top magnet until the two polarities line up.
Close the bookmark down onto that sticky side.
Magnetic bookmarks
The line along the fold is a production guide line. It marks where each bookmark is scored and folded by hand.
The guide line sits above the artwork so scoring is consistent and accurate. Earlier batches ran on Leonardo Design Studio with the Siser Juliet cutter, where the line sat under the artwork layer and was hidden.
The line cannot be removed. It is part of how each bookmark is cut and folded, and it is stated in the product description and shown throughout our magnetic bookmark imagery.
Ways to make it blend
Name the fold line colour you want in your artwork notes.
We match the line to the surrounding design as closely as the artwork allows.
We apply the line in the lightest visible colour available, light grey on a white bookmark.
On a coloured background, the line is set to that exact colour and is not visible.
We confirm placement and colour on a proof before printing.
Magnetic bookmarks
Ready Made bookmarks arrive fully assembled and packaged. DIY options arrive as separate parts for you to assemble yourself.
DIY costs less because you do the assembly. Our magnets cost 2.5 cents each, so the option without magnets suits customers who already have their own source.
What each option includes
Ready Made: assembled and packaged by us, ready to go straight out of the box.
DIY: packaging, magnets, backing cards and scored bookmarks, assembled by you.
DIY without magnets: the same parts, minus the magnets, which you source yourself.
Magnetic bookmarks
Pricing for custom magnetic bookmarks is shown on the custom magnetic bookmark product page for every quantity up to 2,000, so no quote request is needed.
Choose your quantity and specifications on that page to see the price and place the order.
Example pricing
400 ready to go bookmarks: $646.22 plus shipping, which is $1.62 per bookmark.
500 ready to go bookmarks: $755.38 plus shipping, which is $1.51 per bookmark.
Magnetic bookmarks
Send the bookmark cut file as an SVG. A proof image on its own is not enough for production.
An upload containing only our generic backing cards, an SVG and a PNG of the default card with no bookmark artwork on it, cannot go into production. We will come back to you for the correct file.
How to send it
Open your design in our Magnetic Bookmark Designer.
Download it with the button named bookmark cut file svg.
Or use the large green Download order files button.
Email us the full cut file, including your own adjustments.
Magnetic bookmarks
Yes. The Magnetic Bookmark Designer on our website lets you test your artwork and gives you a free proof before anything is printed.
The designer builds the cutting path around your artwork automatically and prepares the file to our production requirements. Once you are happy with the proof, email us the full cut file with your own adjustments and we produce from that.
Check the width against the backing card. Artwork that is not wide enough for the magnets to attach properly is the most common problem we see.
How to check it
Open the Magnetic Bookmark Designer on our website and load your artwork.
Size the bookmark according to the backing card.
Review the free proof and confirm the sizing.
Download it from the button named bookmark cut file svg, or from the Download order files button.
Email us the full cut file as an SVG, not the proof image.
Magnetic bookmarks
Yes. Artwork prints on the top and the bottom of the fold, so your design sits on both outer faces.
What is printable
Top and bottom of the fold: both printable.
Inside of the bookmark: not printable.
Mirroring available so the top image lines up with the bottom.
Request mirroring before we print.
Backing cards print on one side only.
Magnetic bookmarks
Your own backing card design is included in the package at no extra cost. Design it however you like.
Backing card specification
Our standard backing card is 8.7cm wide by 6.7cm tall.
We print backing cards on one side only, so the front and back cannot differ.
The reverse is plain white.
Magnetic bookmarks
No. Every magnetic bookmark is printed with a fold guide line, because that line is what lets us score and fold each one accurately by hand.
The line sits along the fold and is applied above the artwork on every design, so scoring stays accurate. Its colour is not fixed, so matching it to the surrounding artwork is how a bookmark ends up with no visible line.
How to hide the line
Choose the lightest visible colour available, such as light grey on a white bookmark.
Put your design on a coloured background and set the line to that exact colour.
Ask for a specific fold line colour in your artwork notes.
Confirm the placement and the colour on a proof before printing.
Magnetic bookmarks
No. Sharp 90 degree corners and tighter turns are not suitable for our die cutting process and material, because the cut path needs smooth curves for the bookmark to last.
Our Magnetic Bookmark Designer solves this for you. It creates a suitable cutting path around your artwork automatically and prepares the file to our production requirements.
Before you order
Run every design through our Magnetic Bookmark Designer, or build the bookmark there.
Check the cut path on the free on screen proof it produces.
Send us the bookmark cut file as an SVG, not the proof image.
Get it from the bookmark cut file svg button, or the Download order files button.
Magnetic bookmarks
Match the backing card to the shape of your artwork. Wide, short artwork belongs on a landscape card.
Wide, short artwork on a portrait card leaves the bookmark too narrow. Artwork that is not wide enough for the magnets to attach properly is the most common problem we see.
How to choose
Portrait card: artwork that is taller than it is wide.
Landscape card: artwork that is wider than it is tall.
Landscape backing cards allow an extra 1cm of width.
Size the bookmark to the backing card you choose.
Magnetic bookmarks
Two designs go on one backing card when both fit the standard card, 8.7cm wide by 6.7cm tall, with the magnets far enough from the fold. Where one design is taller or narrower than the other, each gets its own card.
A design on its own backing card is made slightly larger, so it works reliably as a magnetic bookmark.
Sizing and fit
Standard backing card: 8.7cm wide by 6.7cm tall.
Both designs fit within that one card.
Magnets sit far enough from the fold on both designs.
Different heights or widths: a backing card each.
Size each bookmark to its backing card.
Undersized artwork lets the magnet overspill the edge, and the bookmark pops open.
Magnetic bookmarks
That colour is the bleed around the edge of your design. The auto setting in the Magnetic Bookmark Designer matches the bleed to your artwork.
Auto mirrors the two different colours in your artwork into the bleed, so the edge matches your design instead of showing a stray hue.
Set the bleed colour
Open your design in the Magnetic Bookmark Designer
Go to the colour of bleed section
Click auto
Check the edge now matches your design
Magnetic bookmarks
Yes. The top image on a magnetic bookmark can be mirrored so it lines up with the image at the bottom.
Artwork prints on the top and the bottom of the fold. The inside of the bookmark is not printable.
How to request it
Tell us before we print, in your artwork notes or on the order.
Mirroring can be applied to every magnetic bookmark in an order.
We confirm exactly what needs mirroring before printing.
Magnetic bookmarks
Every DIY kit contains enough magnets to assemble every bookmark it is sold for. If yours arrives short, contact us and we will put it right.
How we put it right
Contact us with the number of magnets missing from your kit.
Replacement magnets are identical to the 1mm magnets in your kit.
Outside the UK, we source the same magnets from a supplier in your country.
That supplier sends the missing quantity to you directly.
Magnetic bookmarks
Yes. Cello bags are left out of your magnetic bookmark order when you ask for them to be omitted.
Cello bags are included as standard. If you have your own packaging, we pack and send the bookmarks without them.
How to request it
Add a note on your artwork or on your order.
State that the cello bags are not needed.
Magnetic bookmarks
Everything needed to make magnetic bookmarks at home is in our Magnetic Bookmark supplies bundle, the DIY option. It contains the same parts we use to make them ourselves.
A magnet-free version of the bundle is available if you source your own magnets. Cello bags are left out on request, so add a note to your order or artwork if you package the bookmarks yourself.
Our supplies originate in China. Depending on the destination country, import tariffs are charged on the product and on the shipping cost, so allow for that before ordering.
What the bundle includes
Scored bookmarks
Magnets, 1mm thick, enough for every bookmark in the kit
Backing cards, printed on one side
Packaging, including cello bags
Magnetic bookmarks
Every size, specification and price for our custom magnetic bookmarks is on the custom magnetic bookmark product page, with pricing shown for orders of up to 2,000 bookmarks. That page also lists what is included and carries a full FAQ.
Size your artwork to the backing card. Artwork too narrow for the magnets to attach properly is the most common problem we see. If the bookmark is undersized the magnet overspills the edge of the artwork, and the bookmark can pop open.
Our magnetic bookmark designer on the website lets you test your artwork, check the sizing and get a free proof before printing.
Standard specifications
Backing card: 8.7cm wide by 6.7cm tall
Magnets: 2cm by 2cm, 1mm thick
Backing cards are printed on one side only
Bookmarks print on the top and bottom of the fold, never inside
Custom orders
Proofs are sent on request, not automatically, and that includes magnetic bookmarks. Ask for one in the artwork notes when you place your order and we will send it before anything goes to print.
For a custom design, send your artwork and logo files before ordering and we will build a mock-up for you to review and share with your team.
File problems are flagged at proof stage, for example a QR code too low in quality to scan reliably. Send that element separately and we will edit the file for you.

Custom orders
Bulk custom orders are priced individually: send us the quantity, the finish and your artwork for a quote, or ask for a video call to talk the project through. Orders shipped to the United States carry US import duty, pre-paid at checkout.
Shipping is free on orders over $300, sent by UPS or FedEx on a 3 to 4 business day service, and fulfilment takes 3 to 6 days. The 5,000 unit price covers full production, packaging and quality control.
Everything is made in our UK studio, so US import charges apply: 15% on a 500 unit order (10% UK tariff plus 4.8% bookmark ad valorem) and 10% on 5,000 units. Duty is an estimate and customs set the final charge.
Guide prices and duty
500 magnetic bookmarks, DIY without magnets: $465.14 plus $69.77 duty, landed $534.91.
500 DIY with magnets: $592.62 plus $88.89 duty, landed $681.51.
500 Ready Made: $799.35 plus $119.90 duty, landed $919.25.
5,000 glossy magnetic bookmarks, print-ready artwork: approximately $7,750 plus $775 duty, landed $8,525.
Custom orders
Artwork for a custom magnetic bookmark is accepted in five standard file formats. Flatten all text before you send the file.
Flattening keeps your customised fonts intact when the file is transferred to us.
File types we accept

Custom orders
Yes. We take on custom sticker projects and collaborations for events, and price each one individually.
Send the brief through our contact form. A video call to talk the project through is available.
On a tight deadline, artwork needs to reach us as early as possible so there is time to print and deliver before the date.
What we need from you
The quantity you are considering
The number of designs
The size and finish specification
The deadline for the event
Custom orders
A custom sticker sheet needs two files: a transparent sticker layer and a separate background layer.
There is no automatic proof step. To see the cut line and the sizing before printing, ask for a proof in the artwork notes when you place your order.
What to upload
Sticker layer: a transparent file with your stickers only, nothing behind them.
Background layer: a separate file for the sheet background.
Flatten all text, so customised fonts are kept when the file is transferred.
Send both files with your order.
Sizing guidance is on our Custom Sticker Sheets page.
Custom orders
Custom magnetic bookmark orders are dispatched 3 to 6 days after they are placed. Three days is the floor, because printed magnetic bookmarks need 24 hours of drying time before they can be packed.
Couriers do not operate at weekends, so a job that finishes late in the week leaves on the next business day.
How the three days run
Day one: the bookmarks are printed.
Day two: the print is left to dry for 24 hours.
Day three: the order is packed and dispatched.
Custom orders
Flag the change in the artwork notes on your order. That note is what tells us to print the new version rather than the design already held on record.
We keep files and cut files on record for previous designs. Flagging the change is what stops an older file being picked up by mistake.
Sending the new version
State in the artwork notes that the artwork has changed since your last order.
Say whether the backing cards have changed as well.
Upload the new files with the order.
Or build the bookmark and backing cards with cut lines in our bookmark creator tool.
Upload those creator files with the order so sizing and customisation are exactly as you set them.
Custom orders
Yes. The die cut stickers we print for you are yours to sell.
Where you stand
The designs stay yours, along with every right in them.
Our role is the print and cut stage.
You are free to sell the finished stickers in your own shop.
Custom orders
Yes. A sample of the gloss finish goes out on request, before you commit to a larger quantity.
How it works
Ask us for a sample of the gloss finish.
The sample goes out in our regular dispatch queue.
Compare the difference in finish, then decide on quantity.
Custom orders
The maximum of 17 stickers per sheet is a production guideline, not a technical limit. It keeps production time consistent across sticker sheet orders.
What is physically possible
Neither the material nor the cutter caps the number of stickers on a sheet.
Sticker size sets how many fit, not the number 17.
10 x 10 mm labels fit on a sheet in far higher quantities than 17.
We have cut designs smaller than 10 x 10 mm with no issue.
Custom orders
Yes. Send the details through our contact form and we raise a draft invoice for it.
Anything we do not sell as a standard product goes through this route, for example a single roll of A3 self adhesive matte laminating film.
Bulk custom orders are priced individually, and we talk the project through on a video call.

Shipping and delivery
Yes. Contact us before the order is dispatched and we will swap the delivery service over like for like.
Place the order with the standard shipping so production starts straight away. Once it is packed and weighed, we work out the upgrade cost and email an invoice for anything extra on the shipping.
Our shipping to the US is rolled into one system, so some US upgrades cost nothing extra.
Upgrade options and dates
Royal Mail Special Delivery: arrives the next working day or on a Saturday.
UPS to the US: 1 to 2 business days.
Checkout pricing for the US is USPS: 7 or more business days including tariffs.
Tell us the date you need the order for and we will confirm what is possible.
Order waiting on stock: the shipment date is a guide, subject to customs and driver rest periods.
Shipping and delivery
Check with your local postal service first. The most common cause is a parcel held at the local post office over a small outstanding issue.
Contact us as soon as your postal service replies.
Once a parcel is more than two weeks past its estimated arrival date, we treat it as lost and replace your order.
What to check first
Look your parcel up on your postal service's own tracking page.
Call or message them, quoting your tracking number and delivery address.
Visit your local post office in person to confirm they are not holding it.
Ask whether a customs fee or customs check is still to clear.
Ask whether they need our IOSS number.
Shipping and delivery
Supplies orders are dispatched next day. The cut off is that day's courier collection, and an order placed after it goes out on the next one.
The delivery window shown at checkout is generated automatically and is deliberately cautious. Orders arrive well ahead of it.
How the timing works
One courier collection is booked each day.
An order placed after that collection has gone is collected the following morning.
A 24 hour tracked service delivers the day after collection.
Contact us before dispatch to upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery, next working day or Saturday.
Shipping and delivery
Two things remove a country from checkout: a published restriction under EU packaging EPR rules, or an oversight when we updated our shipping pricing.
EU packaging EPR rules require local registration and an authorised representative. We do not hold those, so orders cannot be sent directly to the countries affected. Every restricted country carries a published notice.
Where no restriction notice is published, the country was missed when we updated our shipping pricing. It is not a deliberate restriction.
What to do next
Check whether a published restriction notice covers your country.
Notice published: enter an alternative EU delivery address, or a forwarder's address, at checkout.
No notice: contact us with the country and we will reinstate delivery.
Shipping and delivery
Yes. The price shown on the product page includes VAT and UK delivery, so the total at checkout is the total you pay.
A delivery upgrade is the one addition to a UK order. Contact us before dispatch and we will arrange Royal Mail Special Delivery for next working day or Saturday arrival.
What the total includes
VAT, already in the price shown on the product page.
UK delivery, with no separate shipping charge at checkout.
Nothing further to settle after your order is placed.
Not included: international shipping, which we calculate by weight.
Shipping and delivery
EU orders are not sent by Royal Mail. They travel with our shipping partner Teleship, who clears them in Belgium before handing over to your local or national delivery service.
This route is slower, and it keeps the shipping cost down for you.
How an EU parcel travels
Teleship collects the parcel from us.
Teleship carries it across the water to Belgium.
It clears in Belgium, where the EU small parcel fee does not apply.
Your local or national delivery service completes the last mile.
Shipping and delivery
Yes. An order to the US can be upgraded to UPS, which delivers in 1 to 2 business days, against the 7 or more business days on the USPS service costed into checkout.
That USPS rate includes tariffs. The cost of a UPS upgrade is set once the order is packed and weighed, not at checkout.
How to arrange it
Tell us the date you need the order for.
We confirm what UPS can deliver for that date.
Place the order with standard shipping so production starts straight away.
We pack and weigh the order, then price the upgrade.
We email an invoice for anything extra on shipping or tariffs.
Shipping and delivery
International shipping is priced by weight, so the rate depends on exactly what goes in the parcel. Send us the items and quantities you want and we will come back with the figure.
Upgrades are priced the same way. Place the order on the standard shipping so production starts, then we pack and weigh the parcel and email an invoice for any extra shipping cost.
How we quote a rate
Send the full item list and the quantity of each.
Exact quantities are needed before a rate can be given.
EU parcels go by Teleship, cleared in Belgium, then your local delivery service.
US checkout rates are USPS, 7 or more business days including tariffs.
UPS to the US is an upgrade at 1 to 2 business days.
Shipping and delivery
A replacement going to an international address cannot be expedited. Our shipping partner runs a single route to most international destinations, so a replacement takes the same time as the original delivery.
Where an item cannot arrive in time, we refund the product and shipping costs in full. That is the alternative to waiting for a replacement that will miss your date.
What we can do
Tell us your deadline before the replacement is dispatched.
Royal Mail orders can be upgraded to Royal Mail Special Delivery, next working day or Saturday.
Shipping and delivery
Large bookmark orders are produced and delivered in batches of 500 to 1,000 units, not as one consignment. The run is spread across a 5 to 8 week schedule, with split shipping included at no extra cost on every delivery.
The run is set up on our website as separate orders, ten of them for example, so each batch carries its own tracking information and can be paid for individually.
Tell us the deadline you are working to and we will build the schedule around it.
Why we ship in batches
Quality stays consistent across the whole run.
Less is at risk if a parcel is lost in transit.
Stock and storage stay manageable at your end.
Batches avoid the customs problems of one very high value consignment.
Customs and duties
Import VAT is paid either at the border when the parcel is imported, or at checkout on our website. Paying it at checkout means there is nothing further to pay when the parcel arrives.
Charges collected at checkout are import VAT and, where it applies, customs duty.
What applies where
US orders: the duty at checkout is the current 10% temporary import tariff.
US sales tax is not charged, because we are a UK based business.
A US tax exemption certificate does not remove the duty charged at checkout.
EU orders under 150 euros: 3 euros customs duty per product type, since 1 July 2026.
Customs and duties
There is no minimum order value on EU orders. The temporary minimum spend has been removed, along with the 8% increase applied to EU markets.
The minimum spend covered the period between the EU introducing a new customs duty and that duty being collected correctly at checkout.
The EU customs duty
Introduced by the EU on 1 July 2026.
3 euros per product type, on orders under 150 euros.
Collected and remitted at checkout by our EU partner and Shopify.
Customs and duties
A tax exemption certificate does not reduce the amount charged on a US order. No US sales tax is collected on any Stickiply order, so a certificate has nothing to remove.
Stickiply is a UK business. Our sales in any single US state stay below the $100,000 threshold at which a UK seller must register for and collect that state's sales tax.
What applies to US orders
US sales tax is not collected on any Stickiply order.
Charges at checkout on a US order are import duties, not sales tax.
Those duties are the temporary 10% tariff on imports moving into the US.
A tax exemption certificate does not remove that tariff.
If your organisation needs the certificate on file, send it to us.
We attach it to the order with the commercial invoice.
Customs and duties
Origin differs by material: our matte lamination sheets carry a UK origin, and our printable vinyl sticker paper carries a China origin.
The invoice is the document that states origin. If you need origin confirmed for your own paperwork, use the invoice for that order.
Origin by material
Matte lamination sheets: UK origin.
Lamination film: made in Belgium, cut to size in the UK at our office.
Printable vinyl sticker paper: China origin.
Customs and duties
The country of origin is your own country for any product you print, cut or otherwise convert from our vinyl, laminate or photo paper. That conversion is a substantial transformation, so the finished product originates where you made it.
Conversion changes the HS code, for example from sticker vinyl to a printed sticker. A new classification is a new product, and the maker of that product is the manufacturer.
Contact us for help with GPSR and where responsibility sits between us.
Which origin applies
Materials you print, cut or convert: the origin is your own country.
Conversion makes you the manufacturer, so your own GPSR documentation applies.
Our products resold in their original packaging and form: our stated origin stands.
In that case you are a supplier, and our GPSR documentation applies.
Customs and duties
Every order cancelled because of a technical issue with our VAT system is put right. Contact us and we will issue a goodwill discount code to use on the replacement order.
VAT is payable at one of two points: at the border when the parcel is imported, or through our website at checkout. Paying it at checkout means no import duties on delivery and nothing further to pay when the parcel arrives.
What happens next
Contact us about the cancelled order.
We put it right and issue a goodwill discount code.
Place the replacement order and use the code.
Returns and problems
Keep the item and send us a photograph of it, front and back, so we can confirm what was sent. We then put it right with a full refund or a replacement of the correct items, whichever you prefer.
We handle a packing error, for example a pack labelled matte that contains glossy sheets, the same way. The correct item goes out and the 50 sheets already delivered stay with you, to use in any way you wish.
Our return and replacement policy runs for 30 days. We put a wrong item right after that window has passed, so tell us whenever you notice it.
What to do and when
Photograph what you received, front and back, and send it to us.
Tell us whether you want a full refund or the correct items.
Keep the item sent in error. There is nothing to send back.
Replacements go out with the next morning's collection.
There are no weekend collections, so anything due then goes the next working day.
Refunds reach your account within 10 working days.
Returns and problems
An order printed from the wrong artwork is our error. We refund the product and the shipping costs in full, then agree with you how to put it right.
We check the files attached to your order against the files that went to print, which confirms what happened, for example a bookmark file used as the backing card file, or the other way round.
Free replacement items cannot be sent into the EU without payment being taken, because of customs requirements. On an order that has already shipped into the EU, a refund followed by a new order is the fastest route to the correct prints.
How EU orders are corrected
Refund of the items printed incorrectly with a free shipping coupon, or of the whole order.
You place a new order with the correct files attached.
We produce the job from the files on that new order.
That job is marked as priority, so it goes out as quickly as possible.
Returns and problems
Contact us and tell us which item is missing. Every missing item is put right at no cost to you.
Where we post the missing item, it is packed straight away and goes out with the next day's collection, so it reaches you within a day or two of us hearing from you.
There are no post collections at the weekend, so anything reported then is sent out on the next working day.
Your options
We post the missing item and refund it as a gesture of good will.
Buy a replacement locally instead and we refund the like for like cost.
Tell us which you prefer and we arrange it.
Returns and problems
Send us photos of the damage and we will put it right, either with replacement sheets added to your next order or a refund for the affected items.
Bent corners and creasing happen in transit. Oily marks come from our sheet cutting machine, which is cleaned as part of its regular maintenance.
Anything missing from the order is replaced as well. There are no post collections at the weekend, so replacements go out from the next working day. International orders ship in thicker ply cardboard boxes, which protect them better in transit.
What to send us
Photos of the damage itself
A photo showing how the package arrived, including the packaging used
The number of sheets affected
Returns and problems
Refunds reach your account within 10 business days. Orders shipped to the EU follow the same timescale.
Refunds on EU orders follow the correct path for VAT, so we process them together with the partner who remits our EU VAT.
Damaged and unavailable items
Badly damaged orders: the affected items are refunded in full, not only replaced.
An item refunded as unavailable is sent to you free of charge if we later find it in stock.
Returns and problems
A free reprint, a discount or a partial refund is not offered where the items were produced correctly according to the artwork submitted and the current product specifications listed in the description. Reprinting the same files produces the same result.
Our current output is more accurate to the source files than the older setup was, so a print made now differs from an older print of the same artwork.
What we can do
Refund the affected designs if you prefer to source the work elsewhere.
Reprint the affected designs where the issue is the fold line, not the colour.
Apply the fold line in a colour of your choice on that reprint.
Start that reprint once you send the design or file name and the hex code.
Returns and problems
Contact us, not the courier. We take it up with the courier and arrange a replacement at the same time, so you are not left waiting.
Couriers vary by driver and by area. Tell us every time a parcel is marked as delivered and has not arrived.
What happens next
Send us the proof of delivery.
We raise it with the courier and investigate from our side.
We arrange a replacement order straight away.
We send new tracking details the same evening.
We post the replacement the following morning.
Returns and problems
Get in touch anyway. Our return and replacement policy runs for 30 days, and where the wrong item has been sent we look at the case after that window has closed.
Where the wrong item has been sent, nothing needs to come back to us. Keep what you received and use it in your crafting however you like.
How we handle it
Send us a few photos of what you received.
We confirm from those photos which item was sent.
Where the wrong item went out, we arrange a replacement.
Replacements are posted on a tracked service.
Account and orders
Extra items can be added to an order at any point before it is packed and sent out. Once an order has shipped, nothing can be added to it.
How to add an item
Get in touch as soon as possible, before the order is packed.
We add the extra product to your existing order.
We send you an invoice for the added item.
Once that invoice is paid, the item is packed with your order and everything goes out together.
Account and orders
Yes. A discount code missed at checkout is honoured as credit on your account.
An order that has already gone through is not amended. The value of the code is credited instead, so a 15% off code becomes credit on your balance.
How the credit works
Get in touch about the code you missed.
We confirm the amount with you before it is applied.
The credit is added to your account balance.
Spend it on your next order.
Account and orders
The quantity you choose is the total number of stickers for that item, split between the designs inside it, not a quantity per design.
Check how the quantity was split before comparing totals. If the numbers still do not add up, get in touch and we will check the order and put it right.
How the split works
500 stickers across 4 designs gives 125 of each design.
200 of a single design ordered on its own gives 200 of that design.
Each item on an order carries its own quantity, split across that item's designs only.
Account and orders
Artwork from an order placed more than 90 days ago cannot be reprinted. Customer files are held for 90 days from the order date and not after that.
The design can be rebuilt and ordered again.
How to reorder it
Open our free magnetic bookmark designer in your browser, on a computer or a mobile.
Recreate the design there.
Order it from our custom magnetic bookmarks product page.
Account and orders
There is no code to enter. The early access discount is applied automatically across the whole store and appears in your basket on its own.
When it applies
The discount becomes active when the early access period starts.
The start and end dates are given in the announcement email.
Before that period begins, prices show as normal.
Account and orders
Yes. We link the account holding the order to the email address you want to use, and the order carries on from there.
The order does not need to be placed again.
What we need
The email address you want the order held under
Confirmation of the address on the existing account
Account and orders
Stickiply does not offer sample sticker sheets, so there is no sample pack we can send out before you order.

Wholesale and trade
An order of around 50 sheets does not qualify for bulk pricing, so no discount or reduced shipping applies at that quantity.
To buy nearer to you, ask in local craft groups on Facebook or other social channels who stocks our supplies.
How our pricing works
Bulk pricing starts in the multiple thousands of sheets.
Overseas customers who buy in bulk to resell pay the same rates.
One set of rates keeps our pricing consistent and fair for everyone.
Our Faire pricing matches our website pricing, so neither route is cheaper.
Wholesale and trade
No, Faire runs its own retailer verification, and a business with no shop or website does not meet its criteria for an established retail presence. Order directly from our website instead, at the same prices as Faire.
Faire's approval decision sits with Faire, and we cannot override it. Its criteria look for an established retail presence, including a website that has been running for a year or more.
What to do instead
Order craft fair and launch stock from our website.
Faire's one-time 50% opening discount for new retailers comes from Faire, not a lower trade price from us.
Apply to Faire again once your own shop or website is established.
Wholesale and trade
No. Our pricing on Faire is identical to the pricing on our website, so neither route costs you more.
Faire's 50% opening offer is a one-time discount for new Faire retailers. It is given by Faire, not a lower trade price from us.
Faire versus our website
Faire runs its own retailer verification, which we do not control.
Faire approval is not required to buy from us.
Ordering directly from our website costs nothing extra.
Choose our website when you need materials quickly.
Using the website
No. The site can show a product as out of stock after we have already restocked it, because its stock levels are not updated the moment a delivery arrives.
If something shows unavailable
Message us with the item you want.
We check what we physically hold, not the site figure.
We confirm what we can supply before you rule it out.
Using the website
Discount codes were blocked by a bug in our cart, and that bug is fixed.
If a code still fails
Get in touch with us.
We send you a checkout link that picks up the products from your basket.
The discount is already applied on that link.
Anything else
Questions already answered on the product page do not receive an individual reply, and reply times are longer over the Black Friday and Christmas period.
Anything a product page does not cover, we answer.
Emails, orders and issues are all at their highest over Black Friday and Christmas. Replies take longer in that period.
Before you email us
