UPLOAD YOUR ARTWORK
We accept all image formats and sizes but for the perfect Print your artwork is best uploaded as a jpeg, png, pdf, psd or svg. The better quality the file, the better quality the print!
PREPARING YOUR FILES FOR PRINT
To ensure your prints are as accurate in colour as you see on your screen, please ensure you prepare all your files in CMYK Colour profile at a minimum of 300dpi. For the best results upload files which are 4000 x 4000 pixels and ensure you wait until you see they have been uploaded successfully. Add Bleed room for Edgeless Prints (see below for more details).
BLEED ROOM & EDGE STYLE
If you'd like your prints right to the edge of the paper with no white borders, ensure to add bleed room and let us know we can cut between 3-5mm inside of your image. As standard we round the corners of all our edgeless prints to ensure they are safe for transit.
If you'd like your prints to have a white border, please add it to the artwork file or mention this in your order notes. In this instance we will not round any corners.

We currently offer A3, A4, A5 and A6 Prints (Approx Sizes):
- A3 - 42cm x 29.7cm
- A4 - 21cm x 29.7cm
- A5 - 21cm x 14.8cm
- A6 - 10.5 x 14.8cm
We may require extra shipping funds for A3 Prints when sending internationally, so please contact us before hand if you intend to order A3 outside the UK.
FINISH
We currently offer Prints in 280gsm Satin Premium Lustre Photo Paper. Satin - A Semi-Gloss/Matte Finish which reflects light softer and has a plastic feel to its backing.

Orders shipped to the USA benefit from a high customs threshold, meaning orders under $800 USD typically pass without incurring duties or taxes.
- Orders exceeding this threshold may be subject to duties based on U.S. Customs and Border Protection rules.
- Some states may impose sales tax depending on local laws. Sales tax is paid directly to the delivery partner in the US (USPS). Please check your local government website for more details.
CPTPP Countries 🇨🇦
As part of the UK’s membership in the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), for Canada, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Peru, Chile, Brunei, Malaysia, Mexico and Vietnam, many of our products, such as stickers and bookmarks, are eligible for 0% tariffs in participating countries. However:
- Local VAT (Often 20%), GST, or other consumption taxes may still apply.
- Customs processing or handling fees may be charged by your local authority.

For Countries in the Gulf Cooperation Council such as Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE
- Orders are subject to import duties and taxes, including a standard 5% customs duty on most goods.
- Additionally, Value Added Tax (VAT) may apply, typically at a rate of 5%, depending on the country.
These charges are determined by the local customs authority in the destination country and are not included in the price of your order at checkout.
International Destinations 🌐
For countries outside the EU, USA, GCC or CPTPP regions:
- Import duties, VAT, and handling charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility. Please check your local government website before ordering.
- Failure to pay these charges may result in the package being returned to us. Additional postage costs for reshipping will be covered by the customer. Refunds of postage are not offered in this respect.

Storage Instructions:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and moisture. Avoid high humidity to prevent warping, fading, or degradation of materials. Keep magnets away from electronic devices, credit cards, and medical implants such as pacemakers. Store flat to prevent bending or damage to stickers, laminates, and bookmarks. Keep all products out of reach of children and pets.
Warnings:
Our products and not suitable for children under 3 years – small parts may present a choking hazard. Magnets can interfere with electronic equipment and medical devices. Handle with care to avoid sharp edges on laminated products. Vinyl and plastic components are flammable – keep away from open flames and extreme heat.
Vinyl Stickers and Stickers sheets are printed with aqueous inks and therefore not suitable for outdoor usage. Extended usage outdoors may lead to evaporation or fading from UV exposure. Smudging or defective adhesive from extreme hot or cold temperatures and more. Our vinyl and sublimated products are not suitable for dish-washers, hand-wash items decorated with stickers or sublimated with luke-warm water and minimal abrasion.
All of our products are for decorative or functional purposes only and are not intended for ingestion or misuse.
Disposal Instructions:
Dispose of all products responsibly in accordance with local waste and recycling regulations. Vinyl stickers, laminates, and plastic bookmarks are not biodegradable and should be recycled where facilities exist. Do not incinerate vinyl or plastic materials, as they may release toxic fumes. Magnets must be separated from other materials and disposed of safely.
