PREPARING YOUR FILES FOR UPLOAD
Let's start by preparing your files for upload to ensure we make your sticker sheets perfectly, and in the way you envisaged them!
STICKER SHEET ARTWORK
In order to produce sticker sheets, we need TWO FILES from you. Background artwork and sticker artwork.
UPLOAD FILES:
- Background Artwork: Background artwork is the layer behind which your stickers will sit on top of. It should be 19cm x 12.5cm (7.5" x 5")
- Sticker Artwork: Your sticker layer must include all your sticker artwork on a transparent layer. Note: You can upload your sticker artwork as separate images if you don't have the ability to create transparent pngs.
STICKER BORDER & CUTTING
As standard we add a 2-4mm White Outline around your stickers for cutting. You can add this outline yourself if you wish, however we will need to add 1-2mm of extra bleed room in order to cut inside your artwork leaving no trace of your background art around the edges.
ALTERNATE OPTIONS:
- We can also apply an alternative colour to white, just send us the HEX Code of the colour you wish to border your stickers (e.g #FFBC00 - Stickiply Yellow)
- We can apply no colour and just cut, this options leaves your background artwork around the edge of your stickers.
If you'd like one of our alternate options simply add a note to your order or artwork notes.
QUALITY
Ensure your upload/artwork is of the highest quality, at Least 1500 pixels or higher at 300 Dpi. The higher quality the artwork the better the print and cut. Pixelated or low quality uploads/artwork may be rejected.
COLOUR PROFILE
We use a 6 Tank Inkjet CMYK Dye-Based Printer by Epson to produce accurate and vibrant colours on your stickers and other prints. It is always advisable to use a CMYK Colour Profile when designing to ensure the closest likeness of digital images to print. Some RGB Colours like Neon Style Greens or Cyan Blues may be unachievable when printed.
SIZE
We offer a regular size as options for our sticker sheets however please please free to enquire about other sizes or custom shapes:
- 19cm x 12.5cm (7.5" x 5.")
FINISH
We offer two finishes to our stickers, Matte Laminated and Gloss Laminated. Here are the differences between each option.
- MATTE - Matte laminate (75 micron) coating offers a smooth, non-reflective, slightly dulled colour protection to your stickers, water resistant, scratch resistant and long lasting.
- GLOSS - Gloss laminate (75 micron) coating offers ultra-smooth, reflective, colour brightening protection for your stickers, water resistant and long lasting.
Note: Matte Vinyl & Lamination suits more simplistic artwork, pastel and muted colours and looks overall more premium. Gloss Vinyl & Lamination suits more complex artwork, produces accurate blacks and dark colours and makes for a reflective and wet-look sticker.

European Union (EU) 🇪🇺
Following the United Kingdom's departure from the EU, customers in EU member states may be subject to VAT, import duties, and handling charges.
- Orders under €150: Thanks to our integration with the EU Import One Stop Shop (IOSS), VAT is collected at checkout, minimising customs delays. However, small customs processing or brokerage fees may still apply.
- Orders over €150: VAT and customs duties will be managed by your local customs or postal service. If you’d like to pre-pay these fees, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can arrange DDP (Duty Delivered Paid)shipping.
United States 🇺🇸
Orders shipped to the USA benefit from a high customs threshold, meaning orders under $800 USD typically pass without incurring duties or taxes.
- Orders exceeding this threshold may be subject to duties based on U.S. Customs and Border Protection rules.
- Some states may impose sales tax depending on local laws. Sales tax is paid directly to the delivery partner in the US (USPS). Please check your local government website for more details.
CPTPP Countries 🇨🇦
As part of the UK’s membership in the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), for Canada, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Peru, Chile, Brunei, Malaysia, Mexico and Vietnam, many of our products, such as stickers and bookmarks, are eligible for 0% tariffs in participating countries. However:
- Local VAT (Often 20%), GST, or other consumption taxes may still apply.
- Customs processing or handling fees may be charged by your local authority.
GCC Countries 🇦🇪
For Countries in the Gulf Cooperation Council such as Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE
- Orders are subject to import duties and taxes, including a standard 5% customs duty on most goods.
- Additionally, Value Added Tax (VAT) may apply, typically at a rate of 5%, depending on the country.
These charges are determined by the local customs authority in the destination country and are not included in the price of your order at checkout.
International Destinations 🌐
For countries outside the EU, USA, GCC or CPTPP regions:
- Import duties, VAT, and handling charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility. Please check your local government website before ordering.
- Failure to pay these charges may result in the package being returned to us. Additional postage costs for reshipping will be covered by the customer. Refunds of postage are not offered in this respect.

Storage Instructions:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and moisture. Avoid high humidity to prevent warping, fading, or degradation of materials. Keep magnets away from electronic devices, credit cards, and medical implants such as pacemakers. Store flat to prevent bending or damage to stickers, laminates, and bookmarks. Keep all products out of reach of children and pets.
Warnings:
Our products and not suitable for children under 3 years – small parts may present a choking hazard. Magnets can interfere with electronic equipment and medical devices. Handle with care to avoid sharp edges on laminated products. Vinyl and plastic components are flammable – keep away from open flames and extreme heat.
Vinyl Stickers and Stickers sheets are printed with aqueous inks and therefore not suitable for outdoor usage. Extended usage outdoors may lead to evaporation or fading from UV exposure. Smudging or defective adhesive from extreme hot or cold temperatures and more. Our vinyl and sublimated products are not suitable for dish-washers, hand-wash items decorated with stickers or sublimated with luke-warm water and minimal abrasion.
All of our products are for decorative or functional purposes only and are not intended for ingestion or misuse.
Disposal Instructions:
Dispose of all products responsibly in accordance with local waste and recycling regulations. Vinyl stickers, laminates, and plastic bookmarks are not biodegradable and should be recycled where facilities exist. Do not incinerate vinyl or plastic materials, as they may release toxic fumes. Magnets must be separated from other materials and disposed of safely.
