Can I have a free reprint or a partial refund if the colours are not what I expected?

A free reprint or partial refund is not usually available when your order has been printed standard from the artwork supplied. Colours can look different printed vs screens due to screens using light and RGB colour, while printers use CMYK inks and no back light. Screen calibration, material and finish can also affect the result. Reprinting the same file will normally produce the same colours too! If you believe there is a genuine printing fault, whether that be with the colour, detail, or anything else, feel free to contact us with your order number, photographs of the items and the original artwork. We will review it and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where the error is ours.
