🧷 Preparing Your Files for Upload
Follow a few simple steps to ensure you get your files are ready for their best possible quality print!
- 🎨 Upload your file: Accepted File types: PDF, SVG, or PNG (300 to 1440 DPI)
- 🪟 A file with Transparent background is preferred
- ⭐ Best Quality prints at 1440 DPI | Minimum 1500 px at 300 DPI
- ⚪ White areas are printed as solid white, Transparent areas remain see through!
- 👁️ Avoid Blurry or Low-Quality images & respect copyright!

Printed in-house with UV-curable CMYKW inks & satin varnish for rich vibrant colours, sharp detail, and long-term durability. No heat press or lamination required, your design arrives ready to peel and stick!
Each transfer is:

💡 Works best on hard, smooth materials such as glass, plastic, metal, coated wood, and acrylic.

📦 Application Instructions
- Peel Off the Clear backing film like you would a sticker!
- Make sure your surface is clean, dry, and at room temperature! 🧽
- Position carefully – once it touches, it sticks for good!
- Rub firmly to ensure full adhesion - use a squeegee for best result.
- Slowly Peel away the clear top film , leaving your design perfectly transferred!

- 42cm x 28.5cm
- 100cm x 28.5cm
Each option allows multiple designs per sheet. Arrange them in our online builder and we’ll print exactly as placed.

All U.S. orders ship with Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) services. Import duties and tariffs are calculated and included at checkout, so you should not receive additional customs charges on delivery. State sales tax may still apply where required.
🇪🇺 European Union
Orders under €150 use the IOSS scheme, with VAT collected at checkout to minimise customs delays. Small customs processing or brokerage fees may still apply.
Orders over €150 ship DDP, with VAT and customs duties collected at checkout.
From 1 July 2026, a temporary €3 EU customs duty may apply to qualifying low-value parcels under the EU threshold. This is separate from VAT.
We currently cannot ship to Austria due to local packaging regulations.
EU Business Orders and VAT Reclaim
All website orders to the EU are treated as B2C transactions, so EU VAT cannot be reclaimed through our checkout regardless of your VAT status or order value.
If you are a VAT-registered business in the EU and want to reclaim tax, place your order through our Faire integration, which ships DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). VAT becomes payable and reclaimable on import with valid VAT and EORI numbers, or marked as Reverse Charge where applicable. Order via stickiply.faire.com.
🇬🇧 Northern Ireland
Parcels from Great Britain to Northern Ireland include customs data we provide. Personal consumer orders are not normally subject to import duties, though occasional customs checks or carrier processing delays may occur.
🇨🇦 Canada, 🇦🇺 Australia and 🇳🇿 New Zealand
GST, HST, sales tax, or similar indirect taxes are collected at checkout and remitted by Stickiply where required. Most orders should not incur additional tax charges on delivery, although carriers or customs authorities may still apply clearance, brokerage, or handling fees.
🌍 Other International Destinations
For countries outside the regions above, VAT, import duties, brokerage fees, and handling charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included at checkout. These are payable by you on delivery.

Keep magnets away from electronic devices, credit cards, and medical implants such as pacemakers. Store flat to prevent bending or damage to stickers, laminates, and bookmarks. Keep all products out of reach of children and pets.
Warnings:
Not suitable for children under 3 years – small parts may present a choking hazard. Magnets can interfere with electronic equipment and medical devices. Handle with care to avoid sharp edges on laminated products. Vinyl and plastic components are flammable – keep away from open flames and extreme heat. These products are for decorative or functional purposes only and are not intended for ingestion or misuse.
