Custom shapes
Yes. As long as your design fits within the selected size, we can cut to shape. Rounded corners, curves, and unique outlines are all possible. If you are unsure, contact us first.
Cut outs & holes
Need slots for pins, earrings, or product display? Upload a PNG file with transparent areas where you want material removed. Add a note with your order if you need guidance.
SIZE OPTIONS
Choose from one of our pre-set sizes or the size that encompasses the largest side of your artwork to suit your product and brand style. For example, if your backing card artwork is 8.5cm x 8cm, choose the 9cm option to cover the total size of both sides.
- 7.5cm x 7.5cm (2.95 x 2.95"): Our smallest size and price range for backing up 2 inch stickers and information cards.
- 8.7cm x 6.7cm (3.4” x 2.6”): Our standard size. Ideal for Stickiply Magnetic Bookmarks, stickers, and small handmade items or business cards.
- 9cm x 9cm (3.5” x 3.5”): Great for branding, subscription boxes, and premium presentation.
- 9.5cm x 9.5cm (3.7” x 3.7”): Perfect for higher value products and stronger shelf impact.
Need something unique? We also offer custom sizing and shapes at no extra cost within a maximum of 9.5cm width and height. Simply leave a note with the final size you'd like your artwork to reflect in the artwork notes.

Can I have a custom shaped backing card?
Yes, Absolutely! As long as the shape fits inside your selected size, we can cut it. Rounded corners and organic shapes are popular options.
Can I have pre-cut holes in my backing cards for pins or earrings?
Absolutely! Simply upload a PNG with transparent backing and leave the area you'd like cutting out transparent. Let us know in the artwork notes if you need help!
Are your Custom Backing cards Printed on both sides?

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and moisture. Avoid high humidity to prevent warping, fading, or degradation of materials. Keep magnets away from electronic devices, credit cards, and medical implants such as pacemakers. Store flat to prevent bending or damage to stickers, laminates, and bookmarks. Keep all products out of reach of children and pets.
Warnings:
Our products and not suitable for children under 3 years – small parts may present a choking hazard. Magnets can interfere with electronic equipment and medical devices. Handle with care to avoid sharp edges on laminated products. Vinyl and plastic components are flammable – keep away from open flames and extreme heat.
Vinyl Stickers and Stickers sheets are printed with aqueous inks and therefore not suitable for outdoor usage. Extended usage outdoors may lead to evaporation or fading from UV exposure. Smudging or defective adhesive from extreme hot or cold temperatures and more. Our vinyl and sublimated products are not suitable for dish-washers, hand-wash items decorated with stickers or sublimated with luke-warm water and minimal abrasion.
