How long does a refund take to reach my account?
Once we issue your refund, it should reach your original payment method within 10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider. EU orders follow the same timescale. If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, please contact us and we will check the refund status for you.
