How thick is your printable vinyl sticker paper?
Our printable vinyl is 100µm thick, and that measurement includes the adhesive and the printable coating. The face sticker sheet sits on a 140gsm paper/plastic release liner, thicker than the 100gsm liner most other brands use.
The 100µm face is the same across the range
This is the standard thickness across most of our vinyl sticker papers, they carry the same 100µm polypropylene face on a 140gsm paper release liner, bonded with a water-based adhesive. Only our Glow in the dark vinyl sticker paper differs.

- PVC-free polypropylene with a water-based adhesive, no solvent systems.
The 140gsm liner is a deliberate choice
The release liner is 140gsm where most brands use 100gsm. The heavier paper gives a cutting machine a stiffer base to kiss cut against, so sticker sheets cut through the face without the blade dragging into the backing, and the sheet peels smoothly at application. It also gives the finished sticker a more substantial feel in the hand when making die-cut stickers for your shows.
