What is the country of origin of your materials?
Origin differs by material: typically most of our supplies carry chinese origin whereas our matte and glossy PRO UV range carries Belgium origin. All of our customised products like magnetic bookmarks, vinyl stickers and more from our CREATE section carry UK origin as they're made right here in London.
Origin is set per material, not per parcel
- UK Origin: CREATE Section, customised, printed and cut in the UK.
- Belgian Origin: Matte & Gloss PRO UV Lamination Films
- Chinese Origin: All other Supplies Products
Your Invoice states the origin
Your invoice is the document that states origin. If you need origin confirmed for your own paperwork, a customs declaration or a supplier record, use the invoice for that order. It is the record we issue and the one that carries the origin we declare. You can ask for a digital copy at any time.
Origin changes once you convert the material
Printing, cutting or otherwise converting our vinyl, laminate or photo paper is a substantial transformation. It changes the HS code, for example from sticker vinyl to a printed sticker, and a new classification is a new product. That product originates in the country where you made it, and you are its manufacturer.
Our products resold in their original packaging and form keep our stated origin. In that case you are a supplier, and our documentation applies.
