Shipping and delivery

How are orders to the EU shipped?

Our EU orders are typically shipped via our shipping partner Teleship, who drives them from the UK across the border and clears them in Belgium before handing them over to your local or national delivery service. The route is slower than a direct post, but it keeps the shipping cost down for you. We can always search for and upgrade your courier service to something faster if needed and take the extra payment.

What if my parcel looks like it's stopped or lost?

The most common causes of a late EU parcel are that your parcel gets lost in transaction between our partner Teleship and your local service. The local delivery service have delivered your parcel to a local post office for holding over a small outstanding issue or fee. Or your local service doesn't have as many tracking updates as a third-party courier like UPS/Fedex/DHL and needs a kick up the butt to tell us where it is.

In any case, keep an eye on your tracking page, if things don't move for 3-4 days, get in touch with us so we can make an enquiry! You can also contact your local service with the second tracking number attached to your package. The first is Teleships which covers the journey from the UK to Belgium, the second will be a local tracking number for your local service which you can use to make an enquiry if needed.
