Why is my discount code not applying at the checkout?
Some discount codes are one time use like our welcome offer of 10% off your first purchase, others are specific to your account. Make sure that you're logged in with the account you usually use to collect points, make orders and more as your code is likely linked to that account. Discount codes often do not combined with further store-wide discounts, free shipping and more.
