🇺🇸 United States (USA)
On August 29, 2025, the United States ended the $800 duty-free threshold. All orders shipped to the U.S. are now subject to import duties and taxes.
To keep this simple, Stickiply ships all U.S. orders using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) via Teleship with USPS, UPS, or FedEx completing final delivery. All import charges are included at checkout, so you will not receive additional duty, brokerage, or customs requests after dispatch. U.S. state sales tax may still apply where required.
Following a U.S. Supreme Court ruling in February 2026, the previous country-specific tariff system was ruled unlawful. As a result, on February 20, 2026, the U.S. government replaced it with a temporary uniform tariff under Section 122 of the Trade Act.
The baseline tariff initially set at 10% for the UK was increased to 15% from February 21, 2026. This temporary system currently applies to most imported goods regardless of country of origin and may change again depending on future legislation.
We currently include the following in your total at checkout:
- A 15% U.S. baseline tariff applied to most imported goods.
- Standard ad valorem import duty of approximately 1% to 6%, depending on the product’s HS code.
- Additional trade tariffs such as Section 301 duties on selected Chinese-origin goods, including plastic films, vinyl, laminates, and related materials
- Any additional product-specific or anti-dumping duties where applicable
- All customs clearance, brokerage, and handling fees
For UK-manufactured products such as stickers, magnetic bookmarks, and prints, the total import cost typically falls between 15% and 20%, depending on classification.
For Chinese-origin materials or components, higher duties may apply due to existing U.S. trade measures such as Section 301.
Not included in your total at checkout:
- Applicable U.S. state or local sales tax, where required
All import charges are shown before payment. No additional fees will be requested on delivery. Refusing delivery, failing to pay required local taxes, or providing incorrect shipping information may result in return or destruction of the parcel. In these cases, no refund will be issued.
By placing an order, you agree that all import charges shown at checkout are final and based on current tariff and customs regulations. These may change due to government or regulatory updates outside our control.
🇪🇺 European Union (EU)
Following the United Kingdom's departure from the EU, customers in EU member states may be subject to VAT, import duties, and handling charges.
- Orders under €150: Thanks to our integration with the EU Import One Stop Shop (IOSS), VAT is collected at checkout, minimising customs delays. However, small customs processing or brokerage fees may still apply.
- Orders over €150: VAT and customs duties are collected and remitted as standard at checkout and orders are sent with a DDP (Duty Delivered Paid)shipping service.
🧾 EU Business Orders & VAT Reclaim (IOSS / DDU)
All orders shipped to the European Union with a total value under €150 are processed under the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) scheme. This means VAT is automatically collected at checkout and remitted to your local tax authority, in line with EU regulations.
As a result, these shipments are treated as B2C (Business-to-Consumer) transactions — and there is no option at checkout to enter a VAT or EORI number.
EU VAT cannot be reclaimed on IOSS orders or DDP shipped orders irrespective of if you have an EU VAT-registered business since Stickiply is effectively the tax collector and remitter.
If you'd like to order for your VAT registered business in the EU and reclaim the tax:
You can place an order through our Faire integration which doesnt collect tax in the EU as standard and therefore orders are shipped with DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) shipping methods.
- No VAT is charged at checkout
- Depending on the EU country, VAT can be payable and reclaimable with valid VAT and EORI numbers upon import or the transaction with valid information will be marked as Reverse Charge.
- Your VAT and EORI number must be provided to Faire before dispatch for reclaiming tax in the EU. You can sign up for, or activate your EORI number with your local government allowing you to import goods from the UK.

🇬🇧 Northern Ireland (NI)
Under the Windsor Framework (May 2025):
- Customs declarations now apply from GB to NI
- VAT/duties may be charged
- Stickiply has no customs rep in NI yet, so minor delays may occur.

🇨🇦 Canada & CPTPP Countries
Includes: Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Mexico, Vietnam & more.
- Stickers/bookmarks often qualify for 0% tariffs under the CPTPP arrangement.
- Local VAT/GST still applies (e.g. 5–20%) collected by the courier/customs (not at checkout).
- Handling/brokerage fees may be charged by UPS and other third party couriers.

🇦🇪 Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)
Includes: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain
- 5% customs duty + 5% VAT typically applies and is paid to the courier service or customs directly (not at checkout).
- Shipping to the region often takes 2-4 weeks and changes hands from one courier to another, please keep an eye on your tracking and get in touch if theres any issues.

🌐 Other International Destinations
For countries not listed above:
- VAT, import duties, and fees are set by your local customs office (not calculated or charged at checkout).
- You are responsible for any charges upon delivery
- Feel free to reach out if you feel the shipping charge is not correct as we typically do not have exact rates for every international destination.
- Countries we do not currently ship to include Russia, China, India, Israel and Iran.
