HOW TO DESIGN YOUR MAGNETIC BOOKMARK

We offer two sizes of Magnetic Bookmark to accommodate the way they fold over your backing card. Top fold and Side fold. Top folded bookmarks are slightly wider but shorter. Side folding bookmarks are slightly more narrow but longer. See our guide below for more details.

TOP FOLD vs SIDE FOLD

Dimensions must be no larger than 13cm [5.1 Inches] x 6.5cm [2.5 Inches] when unfolded. This option is suited to Artwork with Landscape proportions.

Dimensions must be no larger than 15cm [5.9 Inches] x 5.5cm [2.2 Inches] when unfolded. This option is suited to Artwork with Portrait proportions.

HOW TO DESIGN YOUR BOOKMARK BACKING CARD

You can design your own Backing Card for your Magnetic Bookmark to clasp over at no extra cost. If no File is provided we will supply our own branded Backing Card for your Bookmark. Your backing card must follow our sizes below:

MAGNETLESS OPTION

We've made it super easy to SAVE by making magnets optional. You can purchase your own magnets to apply from another provider (in your home country) or purchase them from us here.

Since our shipping is calculated by weight, and magnets weigh a lot, going magnet-less will help you trim down those shipping costs! With our Magnet-less option you'll receive the same high quality bookmarks and backing cards, printed, laminated and scored. You simply have to apply the magnets! 

Going Magnet-less also allows you to get involved in a small part of the making process giving you some free content for your socials.

 

INFORMATION & DISCLAIMER

Disclaimer: When making Magnetic Bookmarks we twist or rotate two magnets facing together to find the strongest area of support. This means that magnets may not always align perfectly, in fact 80% of the time magnets like to align in a Z formation.

All of our magnetic bookmarks are made by hand up to the point of cutting so please allow for minute mistakes and/or small pieces of lint that may enter the laminate during the plasticising process.
