Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide from our UK studio.
Where you pay any import charges depends on where the parcel is going. On most of our markets everything is settled at checkout and there is nothing to pay when it arrives. On the rest, the courier collects the charges before they deliver.
United States
Nothing to pay when your parcel arrives. Tariffs and import duty are worked out and paid at checkout, so your order clears customs without you hearing from anyone.
Sales tax is a separate thing and we do not add it. We are a small UK workshop and our sales in any one state stay well below that state's registration threshold, the level where we would have to register to collect it. Depending on your state, sales or use tax may still be payable by you.
European Union
Nothing to pay when your parcel arrives. The import VAT is included in what you pay at checkout, so there is no customs bill, no handling fee and no parcel sitting at a depot waiting for payment. It comes straight to your door.
This site is built for customers buying for themselves. If you are a VAT-registered business in Europe and you want to reclaim the VAT, order through our Faire shop instead.
Australia and New Zealand
Nothing extra to pay at all. Orders our size do not attract duty or tax on the way in, so the price you see at checkout is the whole cost of getting it to you.
Canada
There will be something to pay, and we would rather you knew before you ordered than after. Canada charges on almost everything coming in, from around £11 ($20 CAD) upwards, so the courier will contact you and collect the duty and tax before delivering. We are not registered for GST just yet!
Everywhere else
The courier collects the import charges before they deliver, so there will be something to pay on arrival. If you would rather have it settled up front, get in touch after you order and we will look for a pre-paid option, tell you the difference and send you a link. It usually works out cheaper than the fee the courier adds for collecting at the door.
